I bought a New Nokia E51 Phone on 8th May, 2009 and since the very day of purchase i had been facing the problem with the Hnd set and sent it to the store several time from where i had purchased the same and finally they had taken the same for checking vide job sheet no.[protected]/090609/27 dt 09.06.2009. My IMEI no. is [protected]. The said cell was purchasedfrom Expression Loyalty Pvt. Ltd. 18, S.B. Road, Kolkata-700020. Seeing the continuing problem with the hand set I has requested for the replacement of the Handset but feel sorry to say that till date I have neither received the replaced habnd set nor the original one after repairing nor have received any feed back from the shop from where i have purchased the same nor I have received any feedback from the service centre. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced immediately or refund of my amount. It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem. I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set

Sir, I purchased nokia mob. 1200 on[protected].since the problem is this mob. Switch of and on many times.Then i show this mob.in nokia gallary ghatkopar east. Two times they lodd new software...Two time they send it to head office lower parel.but problem remain same. .i m very upset with this model. Now i want replacement of this phone. Pls help me. Nokia — non availability of battery

I hav purchased the Nokia handset of the model 6225. The only avilable battery attached with same piece now was not working. it is not possible for me to purchase a nw battery as the same is not availeble anywhare. it is always told to me that better to purchase the new handset as the said model is not manufactured. This answer is nothing but the mockery with the clients. Please inform me about the true and exact position sothat I can take further step for my trouble, inconveneyance.

My mobile phone Nokia 5130c-2 has been stolen in Pune, near Hinjewadi chok, phase 1.
