Nokia — Mobile Battery

This is harsh to say that NOKIA is not doing well with the customer who has purchased Mobile N-73 M- [protected] on 3rd July and within 15 days its Battery got faulty. Beside not getting support from NOKIA on this faulty mobile battery, I have serious allegations on NOKIA to sell me the faulty mobile as well. Battrey has such condition that it may explode any time as it started changing its shape.

Within 2 days it was identified that its Battery backup was low and mobile's processing speed was very slow and normally was getting hang during call or after call.
I approached Nokia Service Centre in Jaipur, and they reinstall the software and confirmed that problem has been solved. It stopped hanging but Battery backup was still low which has nothing to do with software reinstallation. It was very good example of making a customer fool!!!
Then i approached another NOKIA Service Centre, which they have reinstalled the software and asked for the Approval letter from Dealer regarding the mobile purchase ( Battery No. Charger no. etc) while i was showing them the Invoice of the purchase. Dealer totally refused to provide such details giving argument that this detail was never provided to him by Nokia as well.
How you could ask for another authorization letter while i have the invoice available with me. If it is mandate to have Battery and charger details then why these details not mentioned in Invoice?
I dont care about your inetrnal conflicts. i need solution but not on the stake o[censored]navailable services for next 5 days. Its already about 10 days that i am not using this mobile. And your NOKIA CARE & DEALER are not paying any attention to solve my problem which strengthens me to drag you in Consumer Court with serious note of putting my life on high risk by selling me a battrey which may explode any time if i failed to identified it in early stage.

I got problem in my nokia handset 3110c in detecting network. I given it to sheetla communication, shushant lok gurgaon for repair. Its almost 20 Days passed but still i didnt get my cell phone back and whenever i send my office boy every time they gives new excuse even now they are not picking my phone calls also. This the wrost Service centre by Nokia. If any Nokia person will get this Blog kindly assist me. Even its sure that i will not get any help from nokia itself.
