Dear Sir,
i has purchase a Nokia Mobile No. 1661 at M/s R.G. Electronics, 27/12, Nanda Nagar, Patnipura Main Road, Indore vide Bill No. 104 dtd. 05.07.09, the volume of ringtones (incoming call) is very low, i cant heared the incoming call rings after 2 or 3 feets distance.

last week ı have got some sms on my mobile phone and mentioned hat ı have won 100.000, 00 pounds prizebecause of my mobile number.ı can't believe and ı ask you now.It canbe true? There is something that make me believe it .It is yorud GSM mobile trade NOKIA .If it is a trick you only you OKIis obladjed to find those cirimas.I want you to inform meM mobile e mei number i:[protected] and my BSM tel.number is [protected].Thank before.

i am deeply regretted to know that a handset of the world's largest mobile making company has been made unavailable to his loyal customer.. i had purchased a nokia 6208c on 1st july with strong faith in the goodwill of the company... bt the very next week i have faced a ringer problem in the handset... i consulted nokia care for the same.. but its unsatisfing response has deeply disappointed me... this is the matter o[censored]tter irresponibility for the company... i being an faithful customer requests you to please look into the matter and get my handset replaced as soon as possible.

N-97 — the battery discharges after 2 hrs

I bought N-97 from Cellular Hut, Delhi on July 4 and it is giving me problem from the very first day. The battery is discharged in 2 hours. I have given the phone to the dealer back on July 10. I request you to change the set immidieately.

I purchased a Nokia N82-1 handset on October 2009 with IMEI [protected](Product Code 0561049).Next month onwards, I am having complaints on its internal headset.While on a call, the sound breaks or sometimes no sound.Also the handset hangs and restarts often.I had given the set to Nokia Care and got it repaired.After somedays, the same complaints came back.Again I gave the handset to them and the same process continued 3 times.They make some adjustments with the set and gives back as usual.Today the fourth time time I had given the hanset with Job Sheet No[protected]/090717/1 to Nokia Care.Actually I have no belief now about the company or its customer service.What I have to do, No Idea.
