would like to know that whether NOKIA company in UK has launched any lottery for the promotion of NOKIA N' SERIES ONLINE PROMOTION, as i have been infromed through email from nokia.[protected]@live.com that i am the one of the lucky winner of lottery and for receiving lottery prize amount i have to remit an amount of 25, 403.73 INR towards Cost of Transfer so that the Barclay Commercial Bank of London, London Branch situated at P. O. BOX 738, Eagle Court 75 King Street, Hammersmith London, W6 9HY, U. K. will remit amount of lottery prize amount inti my account in India.

In this matter, I state that I am apprehending that some cheater persons through an email are playing mischievious act with me with an intention to cheat me.

I requuest you to kindly inquire from NOKIA company about the same and let me know the fact that is it true or fake at the earliest.

Nokia — replacement of nokia supernova 7610 mobile

Dear Sir,
I have purchased nokia supernova 7610 on dated 7 january 2009, since last few months my cell phone is not working properly.i am facing so many technical problems lyk my phone hangs agn n agn & switch off automatically infact nobody is able to hear my voice clearly due to this problem.the memory card dates is vanishing automatically.
I gone two three times in nokia customer care but nobody gives good response, they always say there is software problem but after updating software, i am facing again these problems my phone is in warranty period .pls do something

Nokia-3600S — Malfunctioning of Mobile

I had purchased a Nokia 3600S phone for my wife on 13th July 2009 and she started using it on 20th July 2009. From the day one, she complained about the poor voice quality both ingoing and outgoing. As I was busy for my official committments, I asked her to use it for 3-4 more days and see if the same problem persists or not. She complaied that the problem still persists. I went to Nokia Care, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Market, New Delhi, which was near to my Office on 28th July 2009. They checked the phone and informed that the Microphone needs to be changed. I was really surprised and shocked that the phone which I purchased just 15 days back needs repairing. I refused for it and the NOKIA Care people gave my handset back and came to my Office. In office, when I inserted the SIM in the phone and called my wife, I found that I am not able to hear the voice of receiver. I tried 3-4 numbers and found the same problem. In addition, I found that the Slider is not working properly and some sort of dust and finger prints were visible inside the display screen. Today morning, i.e. on 29th July 2009, when I went to NOKIA CARE again, they told me that they handedover me the phone in the same earlier condition and I might have created some problem. Since the phone is under Warranty, they have taken the set for repairing. Though I have given the set for repairining but still I feel that this set will have again some problem in future. I therefore, request to advise the concerned authorities to replace my faulty set immediately. Nokia — Faulty phone

Respected Sir,
I, Mr. Fuzail Qureshi had bought a Nokia 5800 phone for INR Rs. 19, 750. In June some issue arises with the phone's display. Since the phone was in warranty i submitted the phone to the Nokia care center on 22nd June and they promised to repair and issue the phone back to me by 7th July. I didn't receive any update from Nokia's end on 7th july when i approached they informed that the phone is still not ready and was sent to delhi so they again promised 15th July for the delivery. Again on 15th July same thing happened. This tiime they provided standby phone to use and again promised to issue the phone by 29th July. Today they are again saying that the phone is not ready and saying that the phone will be ready by Saturday. i.e 1st August.
Employees at the Nokia care are not at all help. They being very rude and also they don't have any explaination for the delay.
Kindly look into the matter and suggest a solution for the Issue.

Nokia 6300 — LCD SCREEN

After purchasing the set in the year 2007, the LCD screen of the same has been changed from your authorised Nokia Care Centre, i.e. Crazy Infovision, 83, Golaghata Road, Ultadanga, V.I.P. Tower, Block - F, Kolkata - 700 048, Phone : 2534 4071 by paying Rs.1, 919.00 vide their Tax Invoice No. 2210 dated 13.12.2008 and depositing the defective LCD Screen to themselves. Now, again the same has became defective w.e.f. 29.07.2009 and now it was observed that nokia original LCD screen has not fitted at the time of cjanging ( which is impossible for us to check the same ), some other make has been fitted.

You are therefore requested to take immediate action for free replacement of the same.

Nokia — delaying of delivery of mobile which is under warranty
