[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

EXTENDED WARRNTY GIVEN BY NOKIA CARE IS JUST A MEDIUM OF CHEATING MONEY BY CUSTOMER.WHEN A CUSTOMER VISIT THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE, THEY ALWAYS TRY TO SOLVE THE PAID SERVICES & AVOID THE WARRENTED CUSTOMER.WHEN I VISITED THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT VASUDEV PALACE KANKARBAG PATNA FOR MY MOBLE SET N79 FOR DISPLY FAULT THEY HAVE ESTIMATE RS 2500 WITHOUT FINDING ANY FAULT .BUT AS SOON AS THEY KNOW THAT IT IS IN WARRENTED PERIOD THEY CLAIMED THAT SET IS LIQUID AFFECTED.& DENY TO ACCEPT .

sevise center is verry harrassed by service. Nobody give this center any mobile for servise or repaires.
yes, useless service centre they established at every corner of india.

Sir My name is Satish Kumar, I repaired my Nokia 5233 set two times at Patna Customer care ( Rooprang Telecom ) vide job sheet no.[protected]/110630/60 dt. 30.06.2011 and one time earlier (date not remember). My mobile is kept in Rooprang Telecom, Dak Banglaw Chauraha, Fraser Road Patna more than 3 moths and the target delivery date was 11.July'2011. I have already lodged a complaint on[protected]toll free number) and my complaint number is 1-[protected] but no any action has been taken by the said Nokia Care Centre. A lot of this type of complaint is in Nokia 5233 handset and other sets.I am very harrasad by the nokia care's response.

So please suggest me what should i do ?

i purchased mobile E52 from neemuch i got many problems on it like sound, mice. i need some peripharal device of it like Cristal cover and some other called to SHREE ji Nokia care Neemuch but they didn't satisfy me they always give me response like after 10 days you will get and when we go after 10 day they postpone the limit .
i want to complain about SHREE JEE ENTERPRICES NOKIA care Neemuch because they are not respondig careully.

hi, i am suraj i purchased a nokia phone X-1 01 but day of purchasing he has problem my phone reboot 3-7 time in a day in standing mode i purchsed from your faridabad distribution Shriram Communation and his mobile no is [protected], [protected] i told to shopkeeper that he has this type of problem once a time he formated my phone and give me but problem is continue and IInd time he gaves me another phone but i found same problem in this phone i told him but he don't beleive me he says your left your phone in my shop, i give this phone to nokia care. i says ok i give him after three days he give me the phone and i asked what found he says nothing your phone is ok condition. i believe but next day same problem goes on. after harassed by shopkeeper i go to the noka care centre 999 in faridabad executive say give me your phone 2-3 hours after software i give u. but after softare i found nothing. same complaint. next day visit i met nokia care owner and told all the problems of my phone he also told that u left your phone after 4-5 working days u got result. after three days i received my phone and used but result is same what a sameful. no body help me in this matter i believe in nokia brand when i started to used phone i purchased only nokia brand like 6610(i), 6270, 6600, 1600 now X1-01 but problem is only this phone. Vinay bansal and i had submitted my nokia handset model e5 with imei no.[protected] to nokia care fatehabad[delight communication zone] on 03 oct. 2011 and they provide me a job sheet no.[protected]/111003/25 with the problem of restarting problem and they told me that charges rs. 250 will be charged for repaired and i agreed to pay this amount and they told me take my handset after one day and after one day i went to care centre they asked me for giving two more days but after two days they asked me to give more two days and this procedure of them continoued for ten days after ten days they told me that they are not able to my handset and try to return me which was in dead condition and when i asked that this is dead condition then told me to give one day for for returning it to previous condition but after one day they again started the previous procedure and now had not returned my handset and behaved in very rude or rash manner.so please take a strict action against them...

Nokia Care — immature and incompetent staff, pathetic services

This is regarding an N85 mobile which I bought from US (around 2 years back). Recently it started giving a peculiar problem where the handset would reboot each time I try to call or receive a call. I am usually in favour of authorized service centers and hence I took it directly to Nokia Care (Sheetla WLL Service), Sector-14, Gurgaon.

They diagnosed a problem with UI board and provided an estimate of Rs 2450 for replacing the UI board-Flex cable assembly. I gave the consent in the hope that I'll receive a professional service in return. However, things started turning ugly when I reached there to collect the handset.

The first problem I saw with it was the lack of a clicking sound which usually occurs when a navigation key (or any key for that matter) is pressed. I could hear it for left and down key but not for right and top key. There was obviously some issue with the alignment o[censored]I panel that was placed beneath the navigation key. I told those people about it but they would just not agree with the very existence of an issue. I gave up and continued testing other things. It was then when I noticed that the navi-wheel is not working. It was a little disappointing to learn this since I have gotten used to the navi-wheel since the time I bought this handset. When I informed them of this major issue, the first response that I got was something that one would not expect from a person sitting in Nokia authorized center. He told me that Navi-wheel does not exist in N-85. I maintained my cool and tried to tell him that I have been using it since past two years so there is no question of whether it exists or not. He then called the engineer (Mr Sunil) who repaired the handset and the engineer repeated the same thing. He said that there is no such thing liek Navi-wheel in N-85. Then they called another guy (his name was probably Ashish) and I was surprised to see the way he was talking. One would expect him to have some respect for customer but he lacked the basics of communication etiquettes. He said that the track-pad existed only in one model and N-85 doesn't have any such feature. When I tried to explain to him that track-pad and navi-sheel are two different things, he just wouldn't listen to me and keep iterating the same crap. He was very unprofessional (He actually looked illiterate to me) in his conduct. Anyways, I was not there to fight with him and so I kept trying to convince them just to realize finally that it is a waste of time. I told them that I can show it on nokia or other websites but they did not let me do that. In fact, Sunil said that even if it is there on website, he will stick to his argument that the actual model doesn't have this feature and that I am making up a story. It felt like I was banging my head against a wall.

After a long heated argument with the staff there (wome of whom looked like hooligans to me), I gave up. The final result was that I paid them all the charges. In return I had it written by Mr Sunil (the engineer) on the invoice that N85 does not have any Navi-Wheel.

Now what I expect is that someone tell them to go gather some information about Nokia handsets since they are sitting in a Nokia Care center. Nokia is already doing very poor in this cut-throat competition with so many android based smartphones coming in the market. The only thing they have an edge in, is their customer service network and quality. However it seems that they are losing it all. With this kind o[censored]nprofessional, deceptive services provided by Nokia Care representatives/employees, I am sure they are heading nowhere. I will try my best to convince all those around me to never ever get a Nokia product again. They are good for nothing!!!

Thinking about it again, I guess he was either trying to cover some mistake that he did while performing the job or he never put a new UI board in the first place.

I myself have worked with/for some of the major telecom giants in India and outside (including Erricson, Seimens, Hughes, CDOT) in last 12 years and I haven't seen a corporate professional fall so low just to cover a minor mistake. I am really disappointed with their incompetent service and conduct.

Kindly help me out. Does Nokia have any check on these service center's employees or customer representatives? I really want them to accept the truth and have my handset repaired completely.

Dear sir,
I purchase nokia e6 from nokia care sec 15 fbd just a week before. But the cheap person inside nokia care do not provide the origional cover with the phone, the provide the case of nokia oro 535. But origional cover is cp-525. It is requested to take a action against these cheap mentallity persons for misguiding., and also i want to say ki i[censored] will not get the origional accessiories o[censored]r phone even after purchasing from ur nokia care then from where else u can believe.

i have been a great fan of nokia cell phones, however i opinion has entirely changed now i bought a E5 2 months before and there are so many problems in it... nokia sucks.. well never recommend it to any body. i mostly stay out of town and i bought that phone in Delhi. it creates such a problem. very annoyed and felt cheated by the company
