[Resolved] Express It Courier — Non Delivery Of Pan Card | |
I had applied for address change in Income Tax Database which results in issuance of New PAN Card. The Department has sent the same at my residence address by Express IT Courier on 24/12/08 and the same was delivered back to the Department with a mark saying "Representative Assessee has shifted". Am Amazed to know that and quite frustrated by this way of attitude of the company. Was this information helpful? | |

first a fall ur courier guys r not good i think ur service is better but the boy who called his name was MUNIR n he was speaking to me very rudely the 1st is that i ahd not received the courier at time on that he called me n he was very rude to plz suggest him to how to speak to the customers so plz kindly explain him how to speak to the customer n i had exlained him everything abt my road mape of my house even tho he was very rude n he said that i am working in DILSUKHNAGAR hyderabad (andhra pradesh)brach what ever u want u can do but u cant do anything to me (MYSELF ABDULRAHMAN MY MOBILE NO -[protected])([protected])THIS R MY CONTACT NO U CAN COINTACT ME FOR FURTHER INFORMATION RELATED THAT GUY

On this issue, the imformation which i get from [protected]@nsdl.com is as follow.

Status: Delivered.
Date of Delivery: 13-DEC-2008
Name of Courier Agency: EXPRESSIT
Document no. Of Courier Agency: [protected]
Address: SUZLAND ENERGY CO LIMITED POONA PUNA PUNE Maharashtra 411001
but the address of delivery is wrong.While filling the form i had written my home address for delivery.
the address shown above is my office addressand this also wrong.its not SUZLAND it is SUZLON ENERGY LTD.
Adding to this, i havnt receive it on my office address also.
i havn't receive my pan card yet.

I HAVE APPLIED PAN CARD 2 MONTHS BACK, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. HENCE I HAD MADE AN ENQUIRY WITH utisl MUMBAI.MY Pan no-is ARJPR2076B
utitsl HAS INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY DESPATCHED THE PAN CARD BY Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd, vide their airway bill no. I HAD CONTACTED EXPRESS IT Delhi Branch THEY INFORMED
ME THAT THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG, WHERE AS I CHECKED THEIR WEBSITE I REALLY SHOCKED ... EXPRESS IT ONLINE TRACKING
STATUS SAYS" NO ONE AT GIVEN ADDRESS".
BUT OUR FAMILY LIVING IN THE SAME PLACE NEARLY 10YEARS. ALSO THERE ARE 3 FAMILIES LIVING IN SAME COMPOUND .
ONLY THING I UNDERSTOOD NOBODY FROM ESPRESSIT NEVER COME TO MY PLACE ( EXPRESS IT PEOPLE PLAYING)
WITH OUT VISIT THE CONSIGNEE ADDRESS EXPRESSIT PEOPLE JUST UPDATE THE FAKE DETAILS IN THIER ONLINE CHECKING SITE.
utisl WILL ASK ANYTHING ABOUT IT?
PLEASE DELIVERY MY PAN CARD IMMEDIATELY.
BUT SOFAR I NEVER FACE ANY PROBLEM WITH INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES

Dear Sir/mdm I send u a mail regards non delievered the pan card in Baddi Himachal location. Our custmers suffer from ur service i[censored] not give a good service in this area then dont pick that document in that particular location where u not give proper service. U dont know sume one not get their salery previous two months because ur loose service. If this happened with u then u can relise the reality.Plz give proper service or dont cheat with custmers. Pan card has been sent to me through expressit courier airway bill No.[protected] while tracking I found in web site it is showing consignee shifted whereas one person with ID proof and authorisation letter for collection of PAN card on behalf of me is waiting in house since 02.07.2009 as per the expressit website the PAN card had reached hyderabad on 02.07/2009 . after they started updating fake details simply they are updating in their website that consignee shifted.
I tried to call to expressit hyderabad office through the phone number given in their website but nobody is answering and also I have sent mail to them to the email id given in their website nobody is answering.
I recommend everybody to not to use this forgery, fake, fraud expressit courier
I also recommend PAN services agency to terminate the contract of expressit courier.

express IT couriers — Pan Card
hi all,my self kapil sharma from panipat. i havent received my pan card till date but it has been dispatched by department on 24-sep-09. my airway bill # is [protected]. i have talk with tin customer care executive they provide me the wrong # of Express it Couriers but the number was wrong kindly take a look on this matter & please provide me the numbers of Express it couriers so i can have a chat with them. i dont know why the department is just giving their contracts to this rubbish company.
