[Resolved]  Northern Railways — Not complete return against TDR filed after train got delayed by mire then 3 hours and passenger not travelled

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Hello,

I had filed one TDR with Indian Railways on 11th May 2011 against PNR NUMber : [protected]. Reason for filling TDR was that Train got delayed by more then 3 Hours and Passenger not traveled. Total Amount for the Ticket was Rs. 2658. Whereas on 17th May 2011 I got a refund of amount Rs. 1328 only. I called Customer care on date around 24th May and they told me that I will be getting the remaining amount within 90 days of filing the TDR. Now it's more then 90 days when I filed my TDR.

I have sent number of reminder mails to tdrprocess as well as [protected]@irctc.co.in and every time I got the response as "We have forwarded your request to our concerned department to re-open the refund case and for onward submission to Railways. It depends upon Railway Authority and refund granted by the Railway shall be credited into your account according to their decision."

Please take a strict action so that I can get my amount back plus the compensation amount for all the mental tension and trouble I am facing from so long in sending so many reminders with nothing in return.

Thanks & Regards
Kulbhushan
