ACER DESKTOP — poor service
i bought an acer desktop and it had problem with a keyboard it was not working an acer engineer came and assured it would be replaced within 3 days and now it has been more than a weak then also no response no call from the service centreACER DESKTOP — poor support
acer is giving very poor support i had problem with my desktops keyboard acer engineer assured that keyboard would be replaced within 3 days but acer is giving no response now it has been more than a week my case id[protected] ACER SERVICE IS VERY POOR I AM ALSO PLANNING TO SELL MY NEW ACER LAPTOP BECAUSE OF POOR SUPPORT
ACER DESKTOP — Not getting service after 1 month of failure
I have purchased one desktop of acer from Arcee( Nerul).6 months back.Facing multiple probles of hard disc,mother board,cd drive.From last one month it is not working.Not getting the proper service / not any confirm dignosis/ not proper feedback
from Acer,service centre & dealer.
Still it is not functioning.They don`t have parts in stock, not any proper service engineer.
Failure is ok since it is electronic item but required the proper after sales support.

i have a complaint that i go to buy accer desktop system from accer mamangalam, eddappally,cochin ,india...i just want to know the rates of accer desktop products but idont know his name ablack guy who was sitting in charge of that shop does nt know how to deal with customer ,at the timeof asking of the rates he tell me that he will send it through the mail but till now he does nt mail me, when i come out from shop i see that he was simply chated with othershop lady and taking her photos nearer shop name was exide then icall tocustomer care they tell that the shop belong to mr.paul
ijust want to know only that is the way to treat a customer...........???????

ACER DESKTOP — 145-50411 WE2152/40 CPU TAKEN FOR MOTHER BOARD REPL
I had a boot on problem with my ACER DESKTOP which is on extended warranty. On registering the complaint (no. 889), the cpu was taken by service personnel and even after 3 weeks, the service request is not yet handled. Every day I am being said, the part is not available.Acer — DESKTOP & keyboard
Sl.no AWI45GD002B0821783E is not working properly. It is out of service since yesterday,and this product is under warranty period up to 16/03/2014. And another keyboard sl. no.[protected] also under warranty period. I had a boot on problem with my ACER DESKTOP which is on extended warranty.

ACER DESKTOP — without concent changing the bank account
Dear..This is bring to your notice, that Bajaj Finance has cheated us, They took my two cheques of different bank account after 5 bouces i get to know that they have changed my bank account.
Now, i need to close this loan, nobody is supporting, neither telling us what amount to pay. and charging more.. they kept my name on CIBIL i had paid all amount and i havae the receipt..
This is to inform.. i am simply disappoint and will not pay any payments to this company.. this collection people dont resopond, customer care dont respond.. where should the consumer go
