On Dot Couriers — Non Delivery of Envelope | |||
I have sent Shares A/c Opening Form through "On Dot Couriers" from Pune to Mumbai on 11/5/2013 - their AWB Number[protected] .....but it has not yet reached Sharekhan Office in Mumbai (17 days are over) . I have made a complaint in their Pune Office - Complaint No.3506 - but no response from past 7 days . I telephoned their Head Office in Delhi ....the lady said she will get back to me by 5 PM on 24 May .....but after that nobody has contacted me . Their website does not contain email address , at which I can follow up . Telephones of their Ghatkopar (Mumbai) Office are all outdated and not in existence any more . No one from their Office has contacted me .....just shows they have no sense of Customer Service . I have lost Rs.85 /- due to Share Stamps as well as Courier Charges . ENVELOPE — non delivery
I have booked a courier from Bangalore Professional courier office, Richmond Road vide Cons.No.BLR63119842 dt.20.02.09 to Kayamkulam, Kerala .Till date the same is not been delivery.
We should not not tolerate injustice which happens with us by service provider, business man or company, govt dept or by individual . This site will help to struggle against this.

had sent very important documents by speed post on 26/05/2009 from Nagpur Shankar to Burhanpur. Today it is 05/06/2009 but the packet has not yet been delivered. India Post Speed post claim to deliver the speed post with in 48 hours. More than 190 hours have passed but the result is zero. I tried to contact the postal department at Nagpur as well as the Burhanpur office but as usual, no body picked up the phone.
I want my packet to be delivered immediately without further delay.
