[Resolved] Onida Air Conditioner — No proper response from Company

I purchased a Onida AC early year 2009, from the begining itself lot of complaints, like compresssor not working, no cooling, display nor working etc now the total equipment is not working. technitians are not capable to fix the complaints. Several complaints registered inn Palakkad (kerala state) but response is very poor. i wish if still company not taking serious action i prefer to go Consumer court. The day I got this stuff, ONIDA A.c, installed in my office I have lost my piece of mind.
I never thought I would ever have such a harrowing experience.
My sincere advice to prospective customers is "never ever buy this stuff ", better none than such a sick thing.
Go for any other company but NEVER ONIDA.

Complaint booking No.1605F[protected] Booked on[protected]. No response yet. Called the consumer no. and the agency no. they given is not responding. The service of onida ac is not at all satisfactory in Chennai. What shall we do with your Onida ac product????
