I wld like to introduce myself, my name is Sunil from Bangalore & my Mobile # [protected].

I had purchased your Ondia Washing machine, there was some problem with it. I called ur Customer care i.e Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore- 86 & regd. a complaint on 09/10/2009 & the complaint no. [protected] & the service Engineer Mr. Joy came to our house & checked. He told that the Reducer has gone faulty & needs to be replaced. He replaced & charged Rs. 1250/- & told that there is 6 months warranty.


After he serviced & went we tried to wash the clothes the next day, but when we poured water into the wash tub all the water was coming beneath the washing machine. Hence i called once again ur Customer care at Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore -86. They regd. a fresh complaint & the no. is[protected] & once again the Service Engg. Mr. Joy came to our house & checked. He told that the Reducer which was installed, the bearing might have gone faulty or while fixing the Reducer he has not fixed properly. He told that it will take time, atleast 2 to 3 hours to solve this & told that he will come again with a new Reducer. He will check if the bearing of the Reducer is having problem, he will repair or will install new Reducer. I have been calling on his mobile for almost 2 weeks & he is not picking the call. He told he will come last saturday, but he didn't turn up. I am fed up calling up his no. [protected], he is not bothered to pick the call.


My question is whether Customers time & money is not important to ur Service Engineers? Do we grow money in Trees? It is my hard earned money, which i have shelled out. I had been waiting for ur Engineer last saturday the whole day, is Customers time not precious?Does your company wants to make profit in this way by cheating Customers.


I am writing this mail, hoping for a good response. If i dont get any response i will approach the Consumer forum. I have the bill given by ur Service Engineer.

My washing machine just out of warranty, my top switch and motor belt are broken. I am going to perchiing on service center, service senter told me you give me also service charg.

    Hi,

    I bought onida fully automatic washing machine last year. It is still in warranty period and two weeks back it had some problem in its control panel.
    I logged the complaint with 'Onida Carepoint' (http://www.onida.com/customercare/carepoint.asp) who are authorised service partners of onida in bangalore. They logged the complaint (Request#[protected] but now its two weeks and they havent taken any action. They took the control panel and are now waiting for it to come from bombay. Even the customer care team are not responding now.

    Please let me know what else can be done to speed up this process.

      I am having a Onida TV model no. 8888 which has become out of order and has been handed over to your service center at Jammu. After detailed discussions with the concerned technicians avaliable there on 7.12.2009 it was suggested to upgrade the old tv and in principle I agreed with their proposal.
      it was assured that the TV will be upgraded with the new version and would be ready in the afternoon but it is regretful to note that even my repeated request made to the concerned on telephone today on 8.12.2009 it was informed that your TV has not been upgraded yet and would be ready in the afternoon as our service engineers are not available. Since I have to come from a far off area which resulted inconvenience as well loss of time, as such I request you to please direct the concerned agency holder to attend properly to the consumers on priority basis. besides above I would request you to provide the cost involved for upgrading my above model TV.

          Respected Sir,



          We had purchased 7 onida ACs in 2007, all have been giving good service. Perhaps, 1 AC was giving problem right from the first day. It looked to have manufacturing defect, it never gave cooling effect. After buying and noticing the manufacturing defect we approached the dealer, M/S M E, Kondhwa. They asked to contact the service center. Service center people changed compressor, refilled gas but no luck.



          We have been paying more and more on the maintenance whereas it is a manufacturing defect.



          This AC has never given any cooling effect till date, please help and replace this defected piece.

                Picture tube problem
                We bought an onida 29 inch oxygen tv 3 years back and recently it started showing those rainbow patches out of no reason and after 2 days when the service personnel was contacted he came over and gave us a report that the picture tube has gone. A picture tube replacement will cost us more than half of the buying price of the tv. so we decided to go for a new one BUT NOT ONIDA THIS TIME FOR SURE. Are your products designed to become out of order just after the warranty period? is there anything the company can do about the issue? I know the most probable answer will be no and know that the company is not responsible for problems after the warranty period. Anyways it took us about 17k but only three years to know the dependability of your products and the company's credibility.

                I am facing the same problem as Tushar. My TV is just 4.5 years and now its screwed up bigtime. I am facing the same problem as Tushar, with rainbow colors all over the screen. I must say over the course of time, onida has become disastrous with its quality. If you guys really dont do anything about this, I am sure people will detest the brand.
                Whatever problems that has been listed here is true. My Onida Oxygen is just 2 years old and now i am seeing Rainbow colors all over.

                Atleast the service of the Onida service centre in bangalore is not at all customer centric. Its high time and please act upon.

                Hi,

                I am Praveen. I bought Onida 29" slim TV in Adishwars Domlur Bangalore in 2008. Its 3 years now, I have seen Many problems in the TV. very bad Quality from ONIDA.. Always once in a week, I see Rainbow colours on the screen, recently the colours were more and after few days there was no picture. When we complained on this technicain said Picture tube is gone.. I dont have any other option except replacing the picture tube which costs me arround 4500/- . Please dont buy any product from Onida..
                i bought onida 7 year back and its picture tube gone within a month and the dealer gave us new thomsan tv. now(2011) i bought another onida tv and its pic tube gone within10 months.. no responsibity from the dealer as well as the onida company... I HATE ONIDA

                  A complaint was launched for service as the product is under warranty period on 08/11/09 and company personnel visited for service but he was unable to rectify the problem and informed that he would be returning back next day with the required spare to replace, since then one week has been passed and no one turn out for the service. when we contacted for the service at local service station they informed that your complain has not been closed yet and service engg. would be visiting soon but till now nothing have been done. we are facing lots of problem due to this and its frustrating too.

                  Onida Fully Automatic Washing Machine — New washing machine not working

                  Experiencing lots of problems after buying the Onida fully automatic washing ...Onida service is very very POOR. The service executives are really non cooperative and lazy. Its about 2 months now I am waiting for their service
                  Sir I have purchase onida fully automatic washing machine purchased on 17 august 2009, onida centre at cuddalore, after my marriage i brought my working place in No 174, dae town ship, kalpakkam with company pack and opened machine switched on the machine automatically filled water and start the wash, after wash the water was didnot drained and E4error indication and alaram was came, if i again tried the machine the same proplem was came. please send the correct technic person

                  Onida fully automatic washing machine — Not working from Last 2 weeks

                  I have launched a complaint with authorised Onida dealer in Nasik from last 15-20 days.

                  One person has visited after lauching the complaint and after 2-3 days he with a engineer come to visit for the washing machine.

                  They take photographs of the parts for replacement purpose and till today they have not bother to call me or contact me for any update on the same.

                  I am really fade up by purchasing the Onida product.

                    I & my friend brought onida V120 mobile, after few months so many problems came during 1 year period itself (tamil nadu).
                    my friend change main board, IME no. has changed twice due to not charging problem and panel had a crack at joint and now display is not working (Nothing displaying).

                    I faced...
                    1.charger problem (not charging) and it has repaired & given.
                    2.Again mobile speaker problem (much disturbance while hearing)
                    3.same problem of panel crack (paid service within 1year) and
                    4.battery problem occurred only few hour withstanding (2 or 3 hours) then mobile switched off automatically ( switched off even if mobile not used), then i brought new battery.
                    within 2 weeks of panel changed, panel had a crack again in the same place (joint).

                    this is first time am facing this much of problems please try to help me or at-least to improve quality of product.
                    I never care to spend money more until problem has been solved if solved thats enough for me and member who buying this mobile.

                    ONIDA V120 — AFTER SALE SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

                    I AM THE CUSTOMER OF THIS MOBILE FROM 28TH AUGUST 2008. THEN AFTER 8 MONTHS THIS MOBILE SPEAKER IS DAMAGED. THEN I DESIDED TO REPAIR IT IN NANDED SERVICE CENTER. BECAUSE I LIVE IN LATUR. THERE ARE NO ANY SERVICE CENTER OF ONIDA. THEN I SEND THIS PHONE WITH HELP OF MY SHOPKEEPER. I GET ADDRESS OF NANDED SERVICE CENTER. AND SENT IT ON 28TH JULY 2009.
                    TOTALLY 2 MONTHS I DIDNOT GET ANY RESPONCE FROM SERVICE CENTER. I AM VERY TIRED BY CALLING TO SERVICE CENTER. IN 21TH SEPTEMBER 2009 MY CALL IS RECEIVE FROM SERVICE CENTER. BUT HE SAYS THAT THIS IS WATER DAMAGED. I SHOCKED.BECAUSE ACTULY IT IS NOT DAMAGED BY WATER AT ALL.
                    NOW TODAY ON 7TH OCTOBER 2009 I DIDNOT GET MY MOBILE.

                      sir , i bought a mobile model no G660 ,it's O.S. is very slowly , after two months it should not working , the service point of onida told me the CPU is failued . ,here the service point is at guntur , 14/2 arundalpet.
                      he does n't take care about my mobile, but my mobile has warranty fro 1 year. it's nearly 4 times i met the service point, but no use there, how i supposed to belive the working of that service point,

                        No proper response from Company

                        I purchased a Onida AC early year 2009, from the begining itself lot of complaints, like compresssor not working, no cooling, display nor working etc now the total equipment is not working.
                        technitians are not capable to fix the complaints. Several complaints registered inn Palakkad (kerala state) but response is very poor. i wish if still company not taking serious action i prefer to go Consumer court.

                          I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING THIS PIECE OF SCRAP, WHICH IS MALFUNCTIONING ever since it came home, AND I AM UNABLE FIND THE SERVICE CENTRE/ ENGINEER.

                          Onida Washing Machine — Irresponsibe Service center

                          I have purchased a Onida Hydromatic washing manchine, the first complaint Iregisterd for the problem is on Ocr 2008, and Spoke with the servic agent from then, copule of service engg came down and investigated and went away, for the last 2 months, I am following up with the service engg at Annanagar center, his name is Chandra sekar, his number is [protected], he is a big liar and not commited to his words, I am frustrated on his insane duty concious.I dont understand why he is running the service center at anna nagar for Onida.for the past 2 months he is dodging with me by saying he will send the service engg.because of his delay my warranty period is near in expiry.I request you to take some action and fix my Onida washing machine. I need some compensation for the tremendous pressure and frustration underwent due to the irresponsible act of ondia service center.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have purchased ONIDA Microwave oven for RS.7000/- two years back and ONIDA does not have their own service centres in Bangalore and they have authorised people at Bangalore for service and they can be called as spare part replacement centre rather than service engineer and last year they repalced one magnetron for Rs.1200/- and this year I registered a complaint for front panel and start button not working they gave a cost of Rs.1800/- + service charges of Rs.350/- and educate us that we have to enter into Extended @ RS850/- per year if we have to avoid such replacements.This almost consumer harassement of selling a product for Rs.7000/- and without servicing and rectifying the problem they ask customers to pay back in the name of service.Is this justifiable.How do we eradicate this .

                            The Onida service is very very bad, they don't have trained engineer's, they come to our home and ask other service engineer over phone " what is the Problem May be " . is this is the way the Onida people give the service, which is more better to have uneducateds. they have taken the photo removing the back over and after two days, they come back telling that it is the issue with panel board, they have to replace the panel board. Then i told to prove that Panel board has gone ( falty ). once again the L-board service person called his other service engineer and replayed back " one of the wire is burn't, which is not in stock, they have replaced the wire after 2 months with costing Rs 1200/-.

                            Wow ONIDA, same on your part for giving this type of service for one wire it 2 months and also untrained engineer.

                              I have an onida microwave oven . It is not working. I lodged a complaint on 19th oct. in adonis service center indiranagar ,Bangalore. Since then I have called 4-5 times but everytime I am told today technician will come ,nobody has turned up since then . Last time ms. sharda from the service center told me that they are busy in attending demo calls .It seems they are busy in making new customers but don't care for old customers. My compalint no. is[protected].Pls. take some action as soon as possible. I am fed up now and don't know what to do. I had taken AMC also.The oven is only 2 yrs. old .

                              Onida Microwave Oven — cookware & books are not given

                              i am jigna i have purchase microware oven from next adajan surat at 4/03/10 but he has not give me a cook ware & book. shopkeeper seid comp can not given so send the book & cookware item
                              i purchase microwave oven 5 yr back and recently its display is not working properly i have complain several time but no responds. kindly help me.

                              even after complain several times to these adonis people, they are not services oriented & they cheat the coustmour, even after my microwave oven in AMC .pl find out the solution.

                                  I had complained about my Onida G630 on First week of May 2009. Now after 6 months of the complaint, I feel like cheated, insulted. My problem started from this way I had booked Onida G630 Mobile set in the second week of February 2009 through Home Shop 18. I received the set after 2 week from M/s Girdhari Lal & Sons Petrochem Pvt. Ltd. A-67, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi – 110020 vide their Invoice No. 11632 dated 22.02.2009. After some times it got Unknown Error & hang in menu display completely. But after replacing the battery, that time it was in working condition. After some time the hand free not working properly. Regarding this problem I contact ONIDA SERVICE, Customer relation Centre, 55 PatparGang Industrial Area, Delhi –110092, In the month of May 2009, The customer service representative, reload its software and change the hand free on 16th, May 2009. After using about 20 days on 05th, June 2009 it again got Unknown Error & hang in menu display. After that we used regularly call to the service center.After some time the hand free again not working. Then I contact to ONIDA SERVICE, Customer relation Centre, 55 PatparGang Industrial Area, Delhi –110092 Phone No. 65656240 on 08th, August 2009 & request to change hand free. The service person told me that at this time hand free is not available but you can received the hand free after one week. After One week I contact the Service Center person, He told that hand free guaranty is over so you can not got hand free.But still situation is same. On of first week of October, 2009 My hand set hanged and I called service center, he suggested me to come Customer relation Centre, 55 PatparGang Industrial Area, Delhi –110092. Same day (10.10.2009) second Saturday I personally visit customer relation Center. The person reloaded its software and return my set to me. I also request to solve this problem for ever they said very rudely and cannot do anything.I am really fed up of calling Customer relation Centre again & again.Now I am humbly request Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my Onida G630 Mobile set problems. Then I had one more request to onida please keep some able persons in prime areas. (At least who can speak in politely) in customer service as relation ship managers.I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind.

On advise Customer Care, I contact ONIDA SERVICE, Customer relation Centre, 55 PatparGang Industrial Area, Delhi –110092, In the month of May 2009, The customer service representative, reload its software and change the hand free on 16th, May 2009 and started functioning. But after some days on 05th, June 2009 it started trouble same way.Also hand free was troubling the same way. However hand free was replaced once which was also started troubling in the same way. Now both Mobile set & handfree is troubling me and when I contact to ONIDA SERVICE, Customer relation Centre, 55 PatparGang Industrial Area, Delhi –110092 Phone No. 65656240 on 08th, August 2009. The service person not responding to my complain. Their reply is that they can not do anything.Kindly advise what should I do? I therefore request you to kindly replace the Mobile set & Hand free, as this set was defective from beginning. Because it started with in short period of purchasing.I hope you will appreciate my problem and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      I have purchaged a onida air conditioner on 14/04/2009 at chellamni & co, chennai. after installation no body can contact to me for service.I shall try to contact somany times to customer care centeres around chennai and mirc electronics mumbai also no phone is not responding please provide service immediatly .my address TYPE-2,102/7,HVF ESTATE,AVADI, CHENNAI-600054
