[Resolved] Ortel — wrong commitment | |||
One sales person came to my house and we placed order for broadband connection by paying Rs.2000/-. The call came to me in the night hours around 10 pm that we we want to install the connection because of closing. I refused and the person came in the morning and hanged the cable wire outside and told that the customer has to call carpenter to get it fixed. He kept the modem in my house and ran away without giving password. The other day he came once again for installation and i was very angry and clearly told we are not interested in taking the connection from you. I got the feedback from other persons also and came to know that the services of ortel is hopeless. I request your good self to return my Rs.2000/- and take back your receipt.
