[Resolved]  Overnight Express Courier Service — TICKET BOOKED ON IRCTC NOT DELIVERED YET AFTER 9 DAYS

I apply a pan card at NSDL. Pan card issued by Income Tax Department and send through your courier vide Airway Bill No. [protected], named IQBAL SAIFUDDIN LOKHANDWALA addressed at 402, RAFIK RESIDENCY, NR. MIRA CINEMA, B/H-ROSE PARK, RASULABAD, SHAH-E-ALAM, AHMEDABAD-380 028 dispatch by NSDL on 20/03/2010 but courier not received till today 25/03/2010.
So kindly tell me which time you take to deliver the same.
and i am sending a mail to NSDL regarding your time taking about 05 days to deliver the parcel, IN LOCAL NO OF YOUR OFFICE ALSO NOT RECEIVING THE PHONE. WHAT IS THE ACTUAL L POSITION OF PARCEL

I'm completely agree with you all. My credit card PIN had been dispatched by HDFC bank. After 10 days i have called overnite courier to send my parcel. The customer care executive told me that parcel will be delivered by evening. But they do'nt deliver parcel that day. Then i call them at evening 8 pm to confirm that when they will deliver the parcel. They told me next day on priority basis we will delivery your parcel. I keep calling them every day and they told me next day and still they do not deliver the parcel.

Be aware of Overnite Express Courier they are suppose to be FAKE courier service provider

I am also having the same problem as yours. My PAN card has reached the Sagar Pur, New Delhi branch but they are not able to send it to my address as they say they could not locate the address. (2nd time in a row within 2 months).

who created this company? who hired these [censored]g people? they don't know the "c" of customer service.

I applied for Pan Card and the Overnight Courier Services refused to deliver it at my door . I live on 3rd floor and the courier guy asked me to come down . When I asked him to come up, he refused to do so and marked the courier as refused .

Aren't they supposed to deliver the courier at your door ? Is their any remedy for this ?

I apply currection of pan card at NSDL. Pan card issued by Income Tax Department and send through your courier vide Airway Bill No. [protected] on H.No. 652/23, Luxmi garden, near Tikona park, Gurgaon addressed at Gurgaon, dispatch by NSDL on 01-Jul-2010 but courier not received till today to me.
And we discuss with Overnite custumer care, they said that it had already been deliverered to the address.
So kindly tell me which time you take to deliver the same.
and i already send our application through Fax to NSDL regarding your time taking about 8-10 days to deliver the parcel.

my self sunil sharma, i had booked a parcel from baddi (h.p.)to bombay wuth complete address on 02/07/2010, but after 20 days the parcel doesnot deliver and when i confirm the status the bombay office said to me time to time that today we deliver the parcel .our courier boy taken the parcel to destination. but after 30 days parcel not delivered and when i confirmed, bombay office confirmed me that parcel is lost at bombay.i complaint to baddi overnite office(mr. ramnaresh), regional office chandigarh(mr. kamal, mr.piyush)bombay(mr. sanjeev, mr. bala). the parcel is containing one mobile handset worth rs.4200/-
& i purchased it one day earlier.so please kindly give me the compensation & settle & solve the case .hope you will co-operate & confirm accordingly.

I had send book of price Rs.1800 from indore to bhusawal on dated 04/07/2010 till date it no received.I contact to overnight courier indore branch manager Mr. sinha after 7 days of 2 days late of commitment .After confirmation he told that book was miss from our side & he promise to return money to me at that time.But till date he not return my money & neglecting my call.

Huh something happened to me just now... An AMD processor was supposed to be picked up from my place by Overnite Courier.

Now today someone from Overnite Express Limited calls me up from the phone number : +[protected] and asks me to drop the processor to the following address : 7A, Tiljala Road, Kolkata - 700046. That too has to be done during office hours.

These kind of companies should close down.

I have received a call from overnight courier vishakapatnam on 14 Oct 10 regarding one courier from HDFC bank Visakhapatnam from phone no[protected]. He is coming for dispatching to my house.After one week also am not received the courier and contacted them but i could not get a good response. Till now am not traced out my courier. Now i plan to make a complaint in HDFC bank regarding the matter.You kindly solve my issue as early as possible.

I had received a call on 14 Oct 10 from overnight courier vishakapatnam regarding my courier which was sent by hdfc bank. They are planning to deliver me on the next day.his no was [protected]. after that call, am not yet received my courier. Even i contacted their office by phone and got a bad response, finally am in a state that i couldn't able to find out the status of my courier. Now am planning to lodge a complaint in HDFC bank regarding this matter. Am waiting for your kind reply.

So please beware from overneight express courier service.

For every consignment overnight courier tracking website shows returned undelivered. Although to collect the same a person is appointed.Customer care number remains always busy for 5 hours I was kept on hold I my was not attained by any of bloody Executive.If they don't want to deliver the mail why they are taking money for the same wasting the valuable time of customer.5th time I am facing the same problem.

My advice to the concern person of Overnight Courier is to Shut Down your courier as its not yours cup of tea.
