[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

i applied for my pan card on 24/03/2008 my acknowledgment no is [protected]. i got my pan card in the mid of april, 2008. my pan card no is BADPK7910B. but in the card my date of birth is printed wrong it will be 11/11/1974 instead of 11/11/1979 we launch complain in your krishna building office the very next day. they said that this is thier mistake and they with correct it and send me the new pan card. but till now i didnt received any new pan card. pls let me know.

i have applied for my pancard 35 days ago. But yet i did not got my pan card. So please suggest me what to do as i m working in n inter national call centre and i really do not have time 2 run bhind those pan card offices. so anyone can tell me what to do in such a situation.

Dear Sir,
I lost my pan card and i had reapplied for the card on april 17th 2008. When i look for the status sometimes it is showing as dispatched on 3rd may and sometimes as not available. If it is showing as dispatched i should get my card to my address but i did not get my card. Please replace my lost card as soon as possible. I am in very need of that now.

dear sir /madam,
as per ur required i have sent all the necessity documents to your elite office at earliest .however, as per the status i have checked it shows null.could you please try to understand this and sort out the problem as soon as possible.i already have my pan card but due to genuine personal problem i have changed my name frm UGYEN TSETAN to SAMDUP WANGYAL for all future purposes through the application. the PAN number would remain same as it was.
so, please it would be so grateful if you could try solve the problem and try to send me my corrected pan card as soon as possible.

Pan card — name change application not being attended

Resp. Madam/Sir,

I have applied for a name change on my pan card on 11.12.2006 alongwith all needed proofs for the same. Following which I was informed to send some more documents.

I have sent the needed documents and written to the authorities on 13.9.07, 30.11.07, 27.2.08 and 10.4.08 for the same. I am shocked and surprised to experience the inefficiency of the department as I am not being attended for such a simple thing.

My acknowledgment number is [protected], and my pan card number is AASPA4980D.

I am not sure what can be the reason, but I whould be highly obliged if I get my job acomplished as I am one of the few sincere and demoralised tax payers of this country... thanks to the departments effeciency or motives.

There was error of my date of birth in my pancard (no. AQRPP9759J) so i had again applied for a new pancard. i have also surrendered my old pancard in your service center code[protected] on 03 Sep 2007.

pls note that till now i havent received any information from your side.

I applied for a pan card in february 2008 through UTI.The status is showing that the card has been despatched through courier on 27th february but till date I ahve not received my pan card. Please look in to the matter. I would be greatful to you.
