[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

i had applied pan for on dtd 07.05.08 vide ack no[protected]. while knowing status of pan they are asking 15 disit

Dear Sir,
I have applied for reissuing of my PAN CARD on 16th feb 08 but still i haven't received my PAN.
My processing fee coupon no is[protected] and application number is[protected].It has displayed on net that it has dispatched on 26th feb but still m not getting that.Kindly see my problem and help me out.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am thankful to you for sending me the PAN Card by making necessary correction. On verification I observed that my name has been wrongly spelt as S.LAXMI instead of S.LAKSHMI. This mistakes erupted on the card. However in your letter the address portion you have correctly spelt my name as SAHADEVARAO LAKSHMI. I request you kindly look into the matter and send me a fresh card correcting my name properly as S.LAKSHMI.

In my first card there was a mistake in my father’s name and now mistake in my name. Such mistakes done by you, makes the card as invalid. This clearly indicate negligence on the part of the worker who has feed the information to the card. It is not out of place to mention here that this is not the first occasion mistakes are committed at your end for which no fault of mine I become a Scape Goat, besides putting me into financial losses.

I have also sent a mail to the Income Tax Department attaching my request for New PAN CARD/and changes in PAN DATA and your letter along with the PAN card where my name has been wrongly spelt as S.LAXMI for your ready reference. But no response till date

Kindly correct my name in the PAN card as S.LAKSHMI and send the card immediately without causing further inconvenience to me

My self Rajesh Kumar Saran, I had applied for Pan Card through consultant last year, my coupan no is[protected], application no is - 0241918 And PAN no is - BHOPS8915C, PCC code is - 3KNA103 (Received from internet) and have not received the card since one year. I had provided all documents on documents to the consultant.
Request you to update if we need to apply for the new or can we recive the same at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

This is Ashwini K, applied PAN Card on 15.03.2008.
They gave me 9 digit number saying as acknowledgement no.[protected].
Since I dint get from so many days, I checked in NSDL website and entered the same number.
But, I got error by saying need to enter 15 digits.

Why this kind of inconvenience is happening.
Please look at this query and do the needful ASAP.
