[Resolved]  Passport Office - Bhopal, Mp — Passport getting delayed for 3 months!

dear sir/mam,
I have applied for my passport to the bhopal office 5 months ago, .i hv cheked my status many times nd it is showing tht it will despatch 29/07/2008.sir, nd i hv yet not received my passport.sir i need it urgent. its my request pls.check my status as soon as possible..thanking you.

i have applied for my passport on 18/3/2008 with FILE REF NO.-A006503 and Date of Birth -09/12/1990.i have undergone through police verification also with al the formalities done.
Affidavit was posted on 9/6/2008 speed post no.- RL A 5465
but still following status is shown:-
Furnish affidavit on stamp paper signed by both parents indicating:A)consent for separate passport for child B)child's name not included in any passport C)child does'nt have any passport, countersigned by Indian Embassy, if one of parent's staying abroad.

I have applied for passport and my application has been accepted on 23/05/2008. But I am very sorry to say you that till the date my police verification has not been done and resulting the delay in issue of the passport. While on enquiring from the District police authority at Khargone my home district it has been said that my verification papers have not reached to the authority.
In this matter I sinecrely request you to please initiate once again m, y verification paper to the authority at Khargoen and for this purpose I am enclosing the three sets of PP forms dully filled in.

i applied for passport in sept 07 but not recieved it. I used to check the passport status on http://164.100.17.25/passmain.php?city=bpl.it was displying that police varification has been completed and need to submit address proof which i already submitted .Again i have re-submitted the three forms of address proof. i am still waiting for the information on website which is not only missing right now but also no updated information is available now which was previously.This is extremely hard time.Please help me and let me know the upadated informatiom about my passport .
