I was issued a passport no.H7350127 on 27/08/2009 valid upto 26/08/2019.The file no. is BPLZ28896009. The name of my mother is wrongly written as Asha Thakur instead of Asha Mathur. Kindly tell me the procedure of correcting it as soon as possible.

I have applied for an Australian Skilled Work Visa subclass 476. For the processing of that visa Australian Immigration Department needs Police Clearance Certificate from Regional Passport Office. For the same I have applied it at Passport Office Jaipur On 07/09/2009 and done all the formalities regarding this.But still have not received any responce from Pssport Office.Now I received 1 mailfrom Aus Immigration Department that they need my Police Clearence Certificate up To 24th Nov 2009.S P office Udaipur Has dispatched my Police Inquairy To Jaipur by Speed Post (ERS no: SPER[protected]IN) on 05/11/2009 and the same has been delivered at Jaipur on 06/11/2009 as informed by post office website.But the Passport office jaipur webpage is showing that they have not received the same.
Kindly look at this matter and try to issue my Police Clearence Certificate ASSP.

Shakarpur Passport Office — Irrelevant documents demnded by Passport Officer

Dear Sir/Mam
My name is Juhi Garg.I want to register complaint against Mr. Ashok Kumar the incharge of Shakkarpur passport office. He does'nt know how to behave with the applicants. First of all i would like to know when all your guidelines clearly states that only one identity proof is sufficient if that id proof is voter id card and if it is ration card then it should be accompanied by one other supporting document of address proof then why Mr Ashok Kumar demanding from me another address proof when i am submitting my voter identity card.The date of issue of my voter id card is 22/02/2009. I visited the passport office to submit my application for new passport on 0707/2010. He rejected the voter id proof by telling that it is not a valid proof.Why this depatment is so corrupt if you want more information then why you people don't state it in your guidelines. After standing in 3hrs long Q Mr Ashok Kumar told me that he is under central govt and it is the order of his upper authority to collect another address proof. It means that your deparment itself does not follow their own guidelines.It is not possible for us to take leave everyday from the office for sumitting this form.
Hope some action will be taken against Mr Ashok kumar as early as possible.

I (suman kumar) had applied for issue of a Indian passport to me along with my self my wife had also applied for Indian passport. You are kind enough to accept our request and both the passport are send at our residential address. Who ever, when the postman came at my residential address to deliver the passport, my wife was out of station & I was at my work place. There for the postman back without deliver the passport. DLH F030420, Police verification has completed on dated 11/09/2010.and till today status, available on your wave site is 'police varification clear and application is under process" . How long it will take further ?, approx.one & half month has been already passed after police varification, so far I am not getting any concrete for the same .

As per the status appearing in your website - Police verification has been done and application is under process. Its now Mid of November 2010 but still status is same .. I don’t know to whom to contact and what I have to do now.

Hello Sir,

I am currently staying in Delhi and had applied for a passport for my wife on 29th November 2010. The verification has been done and the police report is also clear. But the passport has not reached me yet.

Since last 15-20 days the status on the internet is showing " Police report is clear and apllication under process".

My problem is I will be shifting my base to another City this week, as I have changed my job.

I would be grateful, if you can help me in letting me know how to get that passport, since I am leaving the Delhi this week.
