Dear officer passport office i have not recived my passport seen 4years my pasport file nummber is [protected] submited in jipur passport office jaipur iam suffering cencer desices pls help me i want to go abroud for treatment i have small day in my life requesting passport office n goverment of india to issued my passport immjetly. i have subimted all my docoument and hospital letter along with applicasion.last 8 month iam requesting your office some time by letter some time by telegram iam ready to pay find or panalty or compersasion what yu want sir pls pls help me. when i recived my passport sir after my death.THIS IS THE RULE OF OUR INDIA. I hope yu understand my problems .

I have sub mitted application on 31/10/2008 application no-Z762011, the police enquiry at permanent address was done in dec.08, but the temp address at the Nagpur Engneering College is yet not conducted where m i am studing.I have resubmitted the second PP set in Jyly 09.

I have applied for my passport on 19 march 2009 & File Number JPR A[protected], police inquiry have been done within 3 months(approx) after the submission of the form. Now, from the last 4 month on their site they are stating a message as "it is too Regret thats do to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delyed will not be despatched in week time".
Please do the needful for me.

Sir,

Iam writing to you in reference to the file Num (JPR-W100893/09) a passport i received on 18 September2009, which has even wrong entery of Date of birth mistake.In passport my date of birth appears as 16/06/2009 but my actual date of birth is 28/10/1986.So this seems to be shown negleginence or inadvertence towards duties shown by the employees.

As it is an important document and am sorry but your people are playing with this.This is a blunder and we cannot tolerate this mistake at any cost.Now we are not in a position to rom arounds your passport offices from Kapasan, Distt.-Chittorgarh to jaipur. The mistake is found at your end and I want solution as soon as possible.I want my rectified passport otherwise i have to go for some strict action with help of media channels.

I hope it is clear to you and hope there will not be such types of mistakes in future.

i submitted my passport form for renewal on 24 june'09and till now i have not recieved my passport neither the pro had came for investigation.i need my paasport urgently within 10 days.since last one and a half months the status has been showing please see the pro, pasport has gone for policy.if will not get the passport within 10 days i will go to the consumer court.my file no. is JPRM004189.

as i have confimed from my area Police station information regarding my passport application, application was dispatched on 20/07/09 to the Jaipur Passport office, But still staus shows as " Police verification has not recevied" yet.So kindly look into the matter and do respond ..
