[Resolved] Paytm — After failure recharge Money not refunded | |||
I tried for special recharge of Rs 5/- for my vodafone number through paytm on 5th october'2012.The recharge was failure and money got deposited to their so called Paytm Cash.I went for the option to refund it to my ICICI Bank account.But It's completed 1.5 months, still the money is not credited to my account.I sent mail them twice with keeping CC to ICICI bank customer care.ICICI customer care confirmed me that paytm still has not processed the amount to my bank account.And their customer care is so unprofessional that They have not given a single response of My 2 mails.I have registered with my mobile number and eMail Id ([protected]@yahoo.com) with paytm.And I sent my mail with this registered email id only twice.But there is no response from their side. It is not a matter of 5 rupees .It's a matter of ETHICS and BELIEFS, which was not maintained by them. I will not go further for any future recharge with paytm. Remember, if you do not see this balance in your bank account yet, it is because your bank does not reflect this refund instantly. You could check with them on time it takes for such refunds to show up.

But I am happy that after giving complaints here, you have given reply to my mail on that day itself (21st November'2012).
And the money has been credited to my account on 22nd November'2012.
