[Resolved] Paytm — No Refund from Paytm | |
I recharged my mobile no- [protected] ( Reliance GSM- Kolkata) from Paytm.com of Rs 1002. I got an SMS from reliance that recharge could not processed. I wrote many mails to Paytm regarding this but they are not replying till now.I have made order on 1st Feb 2012 my order id[protected] and Mob- [protected] and bank transaction id is 139423. Please help me in this regard as this company looks like fraud as they do not have any customer care no and physical address. I have cheated by this site. Please help as I have lost huge amount. I recharged my vodafone mobile on 08/02/2012 but its recharge failed.order no[protected] Rs.50 debited from my account on same day.but till date i have not received my money . so pls refund me the amount.

It may take few working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account but the actual number of days that the bank may take to reflect the refund in your account may vary from bank to bank and is beyond our control.
