Paytm.com — recharge not done and payment deducted from my account | |||
Hiiii Sir I have Done My recharge From Paytm.com, But My recharge Is failed and payment is deducted from my account. I hav Sent Many Mails To them About This issue, But I dont get any satisfactory reply from them, On their site they show on the order status that the recharge is failed, and on the other hand they dont refund me my deducted money. they said me to send a bank transaction copy, but as i hav done my recharge from a visa debit card , how can i get transaction details and how can i send it to them...
