[Resolved] Personal Loan — name in cibil case | |
Dear Sir, Myself & my husband had applied for a home loan recently. We were shocked to hear from the Banks (Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, Reliance Finance, Barclays Bank & Citibank) that my names is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL. We have paid all our emi's till date in cash in the concerned financial Institutions & Bank an drecvd receipt for the same. We have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct? I seek justice to get my name should removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect.i am ready to give all the proof. Please help me. I've applied for personal loan of 6 lakhs but most of the banks have rejected my application beause they are saying that in CIBIL report, it is coming as 105 DPT beause of the late payment of the existing loan from HSBC.Now I've paid all my payments.Also for Credit card it is showing the overdue of 18000 but I am paying minimum due of 5 thousand in each month. Plz help me how can I awail loan for my sister marriage. And when I can apply again in all these banks and how I can remove my name from CIBIL.
