I have purchased Hangover watches from Planet M Malad Inorbit mall.I had a Planet M Card with me and I gave it to for the credit of points.It was said to me my card i not visible in the system, hence they vil credit the points manually in the system, but i checked the points after a week and my points was still not credited.Hence after 2 weeks i went to same place for complaint and again it was said to me that points vil b creited manually and again it was not done.i made a complaint in the yogi nagar store in borivali.they assured me they vil creit the points in my system and even after 3 mnths my points are still not reflecting in the system.

i had purchased a micromax mobile in bangalore modi road store, as the mobile was having lot of problem i got a DOA certificate from the micromax vendor, but now i asked them to get nokia 5233 handset, they are sayin that there is no stock and also it will take a month to deliver the handset, then i asked them to refund the amount, but even though they are not accepting that,
i thought to compalint with consumer court regardign this issue
