Platinum Circle — FRAUD by Platinum Circle

Hi All,

This is the worst experience i have ever had with these two entities.

1. Chutti Pe Chutti
2. Platinum Circle

From last 3 months, i was trying to avail my holiday vouchers. But these guys are even not responding to all my email.

In modern era, we can communicate through email, cell phone and many more. but you guys believe in to waste customer's time (sending back DD/Vouchers to my mailing address for minor changes), so that they can't avail your services on time and you can save money.

When i received a call from PlatinumCircle, they were keep saying that they are from SBI Credit card and you need not to worry about any FRAUD. They were keep calling me till i didn't take this offer.

But now, these guys are not entertaining any request from my side and throwing the ball from Chutti Pe Chutti and Platinum Circle.

My voucher will be expired on 28th May, and you guys are telling, resorts are not available this time. and i am hearing this sentence form last 6 months. whenever i made a call to you, i always received this response. they keep saying that booking are full this time. we can't accept you request. please try after a month. i tryed 10 times in this regard but reply from them is always same. When i cross check with their tied up Resorts, they are saying, booking are available and you can avail our services. But both didn't even listen to you.

Now i am really frustrated and don't know what to do next. You can go through this email thread for details information.

Can anybody help me out here or i need search out another options.

I was searching for some seniors email ids while surfing on google, i found that i am not, only the one who is victim of this, there are many more. one of this url is below....

If you guys really help me, the please give me your senior's email id/cell number. so that they can think about it and can sustain their reputation.


Hope some of you, can help me out from this situation and change my negative thinking towards these organizations.
