[Resolved] Poorvika - Samsung S3600 — Over-priced at Poorvika | |
I bought a "Samsung Metro S3600" from 'Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd" at 139 Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam - 600 087 on the 15th of October. I was charged Rs. 5300 for this phone. After I bought the phone, I saw their / Samsung's advertisement in the Times of India the same day for Rs. 5149. I immediately called up Poorvika's help[protected] and then Poorvika's manager. They also confirmed that the price that I had paid was higher and I was wrongly charged. But still, they do not seem to be willing to replace it or refund the money.
