Respected Sir / Madam,
I am Sanjay R. Yadav. I was worked with M/s. East West Freight Carriers Pvt. Ltd. for 5 year, I have regisned from my post on 22.02.2010. I have submited my pf form on nov. 2010, but till date i have not received from PF amount,
I have been visit at pf office for more then 7 time in just six month. in april i have come to know that some problem with my pf account due to this the form was rejected. i have re-checked the form and register with pf officer, and found their are some probel with my name as per my form my name is correct i.e. sanjay yadav but at per pf office register it showing some one's Mr. Devendra Mukharjee's name.
and till date they have not taken any action on that and my file are kept in clerks drawer.
I have discussed the same with my previous organisation i.e. EAST WEST FREIGHT CARRIERS PVT. LTD. and they have submitt one letter to PF office that no one of Mr. Devendra Mujharjee worked with EAST WEST FREIGHT CARRIERS and pf number 22181/390 belong to Mr. SANJAY YADAV.

Sir, I Have again checked with PF office but still they have not taken any action and saying when we have time will check but we can not promise you when will we check.

Please do your best to get my money.

Hi,

I worked with a a company named I-Process in Delhi, I left that company in DEC_05 and couriered my form and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai in NOV_08.

I just want to confirm whether my papers are in process as i have my received Registered AD acknowledge on 19th Dec 08, nobody in office pick up the phone.

My PF no is MH/47808/467

Please look into matter.

i am himabindu i applyed the pf in may-2008 with my pf no-MH/44091/2496 afeter 6 months when i

contact them with[protected] this no one person said the the cheqs are despached to the bank

with details of the cheqs are cheq no-711226 amount-4616 with date sep 18 th 2008 & cheq no-687480

amount-1994 with date sep 18 th 2008 but till date the cheq are not cleared in the bank i conforme with

the bankers the cheq are not received...and the pf officers are not respondin on that plz solve the

problem asap

I have applied for PF in the month of Dec 2008, they later told me that my bank account number was wrong then later they asked me to resubmit the form when which I did it in the month of April 2009. Still now there is no update on the same every day I call to check the status I get one one reply saying it will take 10 days time or 1 months time. My company has applied for PF Withdrawal in December, 2008. In the EPFO Website, when I checked the Claim status, it says,
"Your claim is received on 30/12/2008 and is being processed. Kindly try after 30 days from submission."
It has been one year and I am still to get the amount credited in my Bank Account.

My name is Lakshmi Pavithran. The EPFO know your claim status is such waste of time as it shows mixed results - sometimes no record found/ sometimes 'it is in process'. Why are Government establishments so fraudulent and unequipped? Why are such tasks assigned to Incapable hands?

Why is there a grievance number , when they don't even pick up the phone or disconnect the phone.

It is such a shame to call this Employee Provident Fund Organization. Nobody seems to care.

Delhi Nehru Place branch is the WORST and the most IRRESPONSIBLE of the whole lot.

It has been more than 3 months since i have submitted my claim. There is no response.

I wish you would take this seriously since there is frustrating for so many o[censored]s civilians as you can see.
