I am the employee of Nik-Nish Retail ltd, having regaistered office at 11, middle ton row, kolkata : 71. I am working here since last four years. and our P.F.contributions are getting deducted every month from our salary. but it is a matter of deep regret that till date not only me but none of the employee has received any contribution slip/deposit slip from where we may know our updated deposited amount in p.f.

so it is my earnest request before your kind honour to please look into the matter and take initiative to solve our problems.

Dear Sir,

I worked for a private organization in Bangalore for the period 1998 to 2000. In the salary slips they have not mentioned my PF account number. Also, the company was taken over by some other company few years back. Hence I am not able to trace my EPF account number to withdraw the amount. May I know how to go ahead in this regard? sir, this s justin working in bhutan as a teacher.last year, i had worked in jain international school, bangalore from june 2007-apr 2008.there i applied for pf in my salary.when i resigned and came i filled the pf amount form and given to the office people.they told to deposit and send to pf office within 6 months.still now i didnt get any postive response.i called so many times in office and they told that submitted the pf application in pf office.but no money is deposited in my accont from bank of maharastra.i dont want to make any complaint about them.i just want to know about my status with ur kind perusal.

I was working with Flexible Automation System Pvt.Ltd in pune location.I have Completed my all formalities regarding PF. But still i have not recieved my Provident Fund. Related to my PF i called up Banglore PF office on[protected], 22214901, 22214961, 22216596, 22238033 but no one attended me properly. My call travelled from section 7 then reception and last one was to PRO.
I spoke all of them, but they did not solve my queries. So please forward my problem to concern desk and let me know when I am going to get my Provident Fund.

I worked in Ascent Infoserve Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. I resigned during June 2008. I submitted PF withdrawal on 15th Oct 2008 in Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road office. My PF # is KN/23895/0036. Till date the amount has not got credited in my bank account.
