With reference to the PF A/c No MH/35415/14280, I have received a letter dtd 31/7/2008 saying you have dispatched one cheque No 912316 dtd 31/7/2008 for Rs 15198/- to Kotak Mahindra Bank,Parrys Branch, Chennai. After repeated follow ups, the bank has confirmed that they have not received the payment. Now I request you to please send the same to my address with the accumulated Interest as on date .

Please do the needful.

Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

Are the authorities aware that their website is working ??????. I think they do not themselves know how to login to their own site . Then why waste time inorder to wake them up, if they have been sleeping for such a long time. They do not have time even to reply to somone, who is complaining .

First of all thanks for concedering my mail, now i would like to share a complaint which is being create by your esteemed organisation.

I am SUNIL SHAH and i am a Ex - Employee of one of a good company GAMMON LOGISTICS LTD . I joined a concern company at Aug, 2008 and after a 2 yrs working i left the company at July 2010 and From the first day the employer were deducting my P F amount from my salary under the company PF NO - MH/BAN/125169/012.

In the meanwhile after a resignation i have filled all the required document properly but after a lots of reminder to all concern person like Gammon H R Deptt. and Bandra P F authority i couldn't get any sufficient response to anyone.

So its my humble request to you, pls interven and try to solve the matter asap.

was served Adma Solutions Pvt. Ltd from 06/07/2007 to 18/5/2010. For that I have submitted EPF & Pension form to your office. I have not received EPF & Pension amount Rs. 18752/- 8940/- amount has not yet received by me. Whereas Your office send a sms to me quoting that "settled Amount sent to A/C No. 018, 401, 523, 102 - EPFO". This message was received on 09/11/2010 by me.

Cheque No - 291815 / 758130.Again submitted ASR form to your office.member ID DSNHP[protected] & DSNHP[protected].

Sir, More than one and a Sevan month have been passed I am not in receipt of my PF amount.

In this respect I sent three times e-mail to RO.DELHI.[protected]@EPFINDIA.GOV.IN, but no reply received from them till date.

Kindly do the needful for getting my epf amount.

my Employee PF cheque bounce, cheque no-645612,& amount Rs.9495/-so what i do for my total amount credit in my account,
Bank reason is insufficiat fund in pf account, i went to EPF Office in Wazirpur delhi, but no solution there.

Cheque no-649856 SBI amount Rs.148570/- has bounced because of insufficient fund as said by ICICI bank and Rs.110 /- has deducted from my account as cheque return charge.
