Myself Gurvinder Singh Rehal, i was working with M/s. ICICI Lombard Gen. Ins. Co. Ltd. three years (Jan 2007 to Jan 2010). I resigned from ICICI Lombard in Jan 2010 and i applied for my EPF in May, 2010. but till date i have not revived my EPF claim amount. Last week a got a mail from EPFO Bangalore office, which was they stated that my claim was settled and the claim cheque was sent at my Bank branck where i hold...

Inspite of repeated e-mails sent to higher authorities complaining about the site not working from past few months, none are ready to provide any response nor able to start the service at least. Iam unable to check my balance and claim status.

Will there be any respite from this humiliating experience from EPFO pune office?...

This is second time I am complaining that I have applied to withdrawal PF Money in the month of September but still it is not credited in my account.

Online the status is under process; kindly contact PF office after one month (Screen shot is attached). Now it is more than 3 Months.

My Ex-employer(IBM) submitted my PF-WITHDRAWL form 2months back to PF office(EPFO, SRO, K.R. Puram ) yet i didnt receive any sort of amount.

I have tried calling the EPF Office[protected] / 25613382 / 25614377 / 25617629 /[protected]

They are not lifting the call intentionally, if the attend they are saying they were very Busy.
