I AM BEING PAID FOR PF FROM JULY 2009* ONWARDS BUT MANY O[censored]S HAD NOT EVEN FILLED THE PF FORM SO HOW COULD THAT BE POSSIBLE THAT WITHOUT MY AWARE-NESS THE AMOUNT OF PF IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY SALARY.PLEASE HELP ME AS BECAUSE THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE FROM MY ORGANISATION WHO DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT THE DEDUCTION OF THE AMOUNT FOR PF. PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE CONTACT NO. OF THE CONSERNED PERSON SO THAT THE MISCREANTS PERSON CAN BE CAUGHT WHO IS CHEATING THE GOVERNMENT AND THE EMPLOYEE.

My name is Sandeep Jain and working with Avery Dennison India Pvt Ltd Guragon, since Oct'2007.

This is reference to my PF transfer from old a/c - RJ/13238/84 into New PF a/c no - HR/10418/284.

RPFC office Jaipur issued the chq of my transfer amount to RPFC office Gurgaon as per following details :

Chq no - 494174, Chq date - 18.09.2009 amout - Rs. 2, 47, 288.00.

This latter was sent by RPFC Jaipur office to RPFC Gurgaon office by speed post on 25th Sep'09.
Till now above transffered amount has been not deposited in my new PF a/c.

My sincere request to you is to please look into this and help me to get transfer the amount as early as possible. Looking forward for your help & guidance.

Dear Sir,
My P.F Cheque no 439600 dt 01/12/2009 DRAWN ON S.B.I, GURGAON issued by your office in my name ICICI Bank A/C no[protected] was deposited in ICICI Bank, Racecourse, Baroda for outstation clearing to deposit in my ICICI Bank, Gurgaon in my Saving bank A/C no[protected] on 9th Dec, 2009.
But the cheque was returned by yr banker stating reason that there is no instruction by P.F Office Gurgaon to pay the above mentioned cheque.
The cheque has come back to my Baroda residence address and lying with me.
Request to kindly instruct yr S.B.I Bank to clear the cheque when it is deposited by ICICIBank for clearing.
After recieving intimation by yr office, I will deposit the Cheque again to ICICI Bank FOR CLEARING SOTHAT IT CAN BE DEPOSITED IN MY ICICI saving bank a/c.

Hello,

I have submitted my PF withdrawal application in Apr' 09 at Gurgaon, Harayana Office, in person. My PF Number is HR/GGN/26309/351

Even after waiting for 9 months from the date of filling the application. Neither I have got my PF back nor any communication about it. Secondly, When tried to check on site for the status . It still says Your claim not received by this office.

Appreciate if you can look into this earliest and resolve.
