I have been working in Delhi Public School for a period of 13 years, i.e. from 1/4/94 to 31/3/2007.Now I have resigned from that school and joined another school viz., Banyan tree school and worked there for 3 years. I.e. from 1/4/2007 to 31/3/2010. I.e. I was working for total of 16 years without brake of service and have paid P.F regularly. Now I have resigned from BT school also.
I requested D.P.S to transfer my P.F to banyan tree school but till date there is no intimation regarding my D.P.S P.F. Whereas D.P. S has given me a receipt from your office as on 4/7/2008 stating that they have transferred the money to your office. But till date I do not know the whereabouts of my P.F.
Now, as I have resigned from Banyan tree school I request you to settle my P.F of both the schools together, and let me know if I have to withdraw /or transfer the amount to my bank account /or is there any pension scheme.

I have submitted my pf claim ( EPF NO. DL/34383/0074) to Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Regional Office, Delhi (South)Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, 28, Community Center, Wazirpur Industrial Area, through Registered A/D on[protected] with delivered acknowledgement on 23-08-10 but till date[protected] it has not yet being remitted to my Bank A/c.

Few days Back read in Times of India that the PF office has been shifted to F-117-118, Laxminagar-92 with PRO No.[protected]. Called up the PF office on the same reverted with a reply that all the claims records have still not recd to Laxminagar PF office and some of them are still in sack.

Asked them about confirmed dated to ring reverted with reply that we can't give confirm date it may take 15 days, 30 days or 2 or 3 months time. You can just log a complain against PF Dept. But as per rules the PF Claim are to be settled with in 30 days. Requested to look into this matter and revert

Sir,

Kindly refer to your registered letterno2026/345/CASH/20102011/NHP20/1358/6267/R.L.No./dated nil and its copy endorsed to me, intimating that cheque no.292677 dt.08/12/2010 for Rs.33309.00/= regarding final/part settlement of P.F. accumulations against P.F. A/c DS/31965/961 has been sent to the Manager, United Mercantile Co-op- bank Ltd. P.Road 106/383 Gandhi Nagar Kanpur-208012.

In this connection I have to apprise to your good self that neither bank has recived the above mentioned cheque so for nor it has been encashed as yet. I have several times enquired from the above bank authorities as I am loosing the interest day by day.

Hence it is humbly prayed that the duplicate cheque along with interest accrued up to date be issued to me after verifying the non-encashment of the cheque at the earliest, so that I may not loose the interest, for no fault, at my end.
