[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Failure to provide tickets or refund

I booked online 4 tickets for PVR Cinemas from my credit card, but I did not get any confirmation SMS or e-mail, But when I checked my credit card statement it said the transaction was successful. The charge was made in favour of PVR Cinema. When contacted PVR, they ensured that they will refund the money within a week but nothing happened and then they started giving me run around. Booked online 2 tickets for PVR Cinemas from my netbanking account, but I did not get any confirmation SMS or e-mail, But when I checked my bank account statement the transaction was successful. The charge was made in favour of PVR Cinema. When tried to contact PVR, they haven't received call. Please help.

Sir.. whenever I use to go to pvr cinemas raipur located at magneto the mall... I M unable get a good response frm ur executive as how much would be the que to book the tickets only one counter is active irrespective of having four..the board of counter closed is place in the window n no response is given by ny official...

this is to inform you that i was trying to book the ticket online on 07.04.2012 at 10:30 PM using my credit card, while doing a transaction, it showed ticket booking failure and my money got deducted twice but the tickets were not booked, my bal of rs 1400 got deducted, please help me with the refund of my money……

I am santhosh P, i had tried booking "Andala rakshashi" telugu movie tickets for the show 4:40 PM dated 18th August 2012, 356 Rs got deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked and got an alert saying " Transaction failed", please resolve this issue at the earliest

What scamsters. Now that is how Ajay Bijli makes money to feed his family. The worst website ever in terms of e-commerce. Charging cards and then showing failed transactions. Charges my card twice on 15th & 16th Sept. Guys, an advice do not book on PVRcinemas.com. Boycott their website.

Very poor online and customer service. Rs. 433.71 has been deducted from my account due to bad transaction. I have called customer care no. but no one is picking the call and even no one is responding on the mail. They all are cheater.
