[Resolved]  Radhe Travels Indian Railway Ticket Booking — not getting refund of cancelled ticket

I booked twice train ticket from m/s Radhe travels Bangalore[protected] second week of oct-2009 regarding journey Yashwanthpur to Kalyan.
And some reason I asked to travels to cancel the tickets both the time.
Radhe Travels confirmed me they will canceled the ticket and refund me the amount.
I paid Rs.3000/- for the same tickets but after so much follow up more than 2 month I didn't get back a single rupee. of canceled ticket
the operating owner Mr. aacharya([protected]) asked me to come on Saturday -- Monday after confirming him on phone. but every time he is out of town.

What to do ?
