[Resolved] Railway — No Refund on TDR deposited in JUNE,2008 | |
tdr refund PNR.NO.[protected] Dear Sir, I had been requesting for the refund, for the last 5 months, Though the train was cancelled and the ticket was booked by credit card, I had submitted the ticket in original at the origin station from where my tkt. was and taken a TDR(ticket deposit receipt).As guided by them i had send the TDR and application for refund to CHIEF COMMERCIAL MANAGER(REFUNDS)SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY 14, STRAND ROAD, 9TH FLOOR, KOLKATA-700001 But till date o response had been given neither the money creditedback to my account.What should i do to take thismoney back from railway??PNR.NO.[protected] Pls guide Thanks Akhilesh Was this information helpful? | |

I had AC-3 TIER ticket in 8006 train.

Dear Sir,
Already deposited my TDR on 05/04/09. I got waiting ticket, thats why cancelled the same.At that time full of rush in this route from Rourkela to Howrah.I am watining till chart preperation.I got minimum waiting list from CKP to HWH . So i take this as urgent as my family & my son 11 yrs . with me.
After all that is not confirm. So i want to cancelled this before reaching the train at Rourkela. But T T told that is not possible to cancelled from Rourkela, only possible from CKP.That is also surprising in the networking WORLD . So we return back to home & came on next day, T T told me make a TDR, that is best for you & got it within month by cheque . So i done the same as per T T . TILL date I am not getting this . Pl. arrange to send my cheque as early as possible.I hope you will do the same on my request.
