[Resolved]  Railway E-ticket — PARTLY WAITLIST TICKET NOT REFUNDED SINCE 1 YEAR

Dear Sir,
The complete detail of my problem is as under:-
As according to the rule of Indian Railway,fare of partly waitlist ticket is refunded since such tickets are automacially cancelled by Railways at the time of chart preparation.My problem is:-
