while booking the railway ticket from IRCTC ...The ticket is not booked but the total amount has been deducted from my HDFC account and its saying that payment is not received from the bank...

Railway Ticket — Ticket Not Booked
Dear Sir/Madam,I tried booking ticket on 17 jan 2010 from Delhi to Jammu using my Citibank Debit card and got the error message:"Not able to communicate with the server and the ticket is not booked." But my debit card has been charged twice for Rs. 1385 as I have tried it two times. Both the times I got the same error message.
The trasaction ID's are as follows:
