[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Communications is asking to pay bill for the service I did not use

I gave request to Reliance customer care for transferring my reliance Wimax connection(Subscriber ID:[protected] on December 18, 2012 and they mentioned that they cannot transfer the connection to new place so I asked them to terminate my connection. They gave me assurance that they will terminate connection within 7 days but they did not do anything except sending monthly bill to me. I called many times to them and asked why are they not taking action to terminate my connection but everytime they gave assurance to take action within 7 days but no action from their side. I was getting call from their billing dept to pay bill for the connection I did not use. After many follow-up, I got below mail from their termination department:

Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1500 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement.

The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability.

As per above mail, it is clearly mentioned that my service will be stopped from 03/01/2013 then why are they asking bill for another 2 months? I am ready to pay bill from my billing generate date which is 19th of every month. If I calculate from 19th Dec, 2012 to 2nd Jan, 2013, it comes 15 days. Ideally they should ask for 15 days bill than 2 months. I am ready to pay for 15 days bill. I had connection with them almost 4 years and I paid their bill every month without any fail. I see, they don't bother relationship with their customer. I am really frustrated by communicating with them. They don't understand customer problem. Now I a getting SMS saying:

Kindly clear overdue Rs. 2594 Vide BAN [protected] at earliest to avoid any legal procedure. Contact [protected] for any query.

I got call from one of their department and I made it clear to them but it's useless. They don't understand and keep asking for the amount I did not use.

Kinldy help me to solve the issue ASAP.

I have even paid the said amount(Rs. 648) but legal message from Reliance is not stopped yet.

I think you are not in sync with your other department. Now I can confident to say that, THIS CASE IS *NOT* SOLVED YET.

I just got another legal SMS this morning from [protected] which says:

Why am I getting above messages when you say case is resolved?

Reliance Communications — Bill not sent home

I shifted my reliance mobile connection from mumbai to noida and got the new noida number after submitting all details, proof etc. but still the bill goes to my old mumbai address with the reliance communications dealer at sec-50 noida who gave me the new number not bothered to change my address to send me the bill. Furthermore reliance customer service also not directing the agents in noida to change the address. Such primitive things are not taken care of by so called "Big communications company". I think they have to learn "professionalism and customer care" when they run such services company. Its really disgusting to deal with such servies. Helpless i am... realiance commuication is getting sick.

My phone no [protected]. I have applied for changed address on 3rd week of Nov'07 with all documents and requested for changing phone no. from Kolkata to pune. Phone no got change within 2 hrs but address not changed till Jan'08. Several follow up phone call and I received always false commitment from Reliance communication and Web world. I have spent my valuable time which is equivalent to Rs.21, 000/-. I have asked to compensate the amount. Till date they have not compensate my money and not able to provide me the reasons. I am not getting reimbursement from my company since, reliance failed to dispatch my bill to my address. I have given enough warning but, they have stop outgoing, incoming phone sms, lms from 8th April'08. I have enough evidence and documents, e.mail correspondence, I am planning to consumer court. Pl. suggest. REQUESTING ALL TO DISCONTINUE RELIANCE CONNECTION OR DONT TAKE ANY RELIANCE CONNECTION BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS GREAT CHEATER.

Reliance Communications LTD. — Poor service even after bill payments

Dear Mr. Anil Ambani,

We are very sorry to say but after 4 to 5 times complaining on same matter make me to write to you. Not me but my colleagues working with me facing the same problem.

First of all your company has no system to inform about how much is the bill except in Intranet. They are locking the phones and data cards which we are having without prior information.

Now now it is the peak that after paying the bills still after two weeks they are not make our system live.

We need your intervention in this case. Please depute some one to do root cause analysis and where Reliance systems are failing.

I am attaching copy of my bill & payment slip


I hope not personally you but your deputed person will ensure the same and avoid harassment to customer.

Reliance Communications — my bill is not confirmed

i am reliance postpaid customer paid my bill 17th of this month through onlinesbi. Till now i didnt get any response from the reliance customer care. when i call to customer care they always saying it will take 24hrs.. 48 hrs like that.. i waited more than 200 hrs, they said your bill 600Rs was not deposited.. how can i proceed. please help me in this issue.

RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — POOR SERVICE

BIG TV DTH Connection was activated for wrong package but my complaint no.97119491 on10.05.09 is not resolved till date (5 days over). Very poor response from customer care most of the time line is busy. Company is least bothered to attend to customer complaint. SMS and Emails also no response. Before buing BIG TV DTH beaware of this. Problems are aplenty with the Reliance BIG TV DTH...

We are having a corporate mobile connection with 15 CDMA RIM Nos. A cricket pack has been activated automatically on M:[protected] and after a no. of complaints/requests it has not been removed so far.
