[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — SERVICE | |||
When it rains Reliance Digital Big TV (formerly Reliance Big TV) signal gets lost and comes back after few minutes. For last 2-3 days I am continuously getting signal lost message. There is not physical connection problem. When contacted customer care I was told that it is hardware problem at consumaer end and they shall be sending their service engineer to check and they shall be charging Rs. 175. Do not worry and panic. You can lodge your compalin with consumer forum in India. The Procedure is very simple and no lawyer is needed to argue this. Demand a compensation of Rs 2, 00, 000/- The consumer forum would defenitly help you doing this.
The Reliance Bigtv is a fraud. a definite fraud.
It is very much disguisting.
We need to join agains them.

I AM ROBIN FROM AYYANAVARAM, FOR REINSTALLATION OF RELIANCE BIG TV , I HAVE BOOKED A COMPLAINT ON[protected] AND TODAY IS[protected] STILL YET TO ATTEND.
I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR MORE THAN 50 CALLS, THEY SAY EVERY DAY THEY WILL SEND THE TECHNICIAN.
IF TECHNICIAN IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH BIG TV, THERE IS NO NEED TO SELL A PRODUCT
BETTER TO CLOSE THIS BIG TV, INSTEAD OF DOING A WORST SERVICE.

I got a new connection for Big TV- i requested the cheque to be deposited when my connection is activated
its being more than 2months now that my services are not activated and my cheque was deposited immediately which is cleared
This is the situation with 5 people from our residential complex
When i call the manager they give me a statement saying that the cheque has not cleared
i asked them to return my cheque
they have taken my money - not provided the service and pathetic customer service and now not returning my money
Expecting help from u and struct action against them

I have registered a complaint on 29-May-2014 at big tv call center ( complaint no.[protected]as signals are not proper and I'm not able to watch channels.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
But up to till date any technician not visit even I not received any call from big tv.
I call on daily basis at big tv call center but all in vain.
It take about 30 min. to talk with big tv executive.
Please help me how can I log a case against big tv in consumer court as I'm suffering mentally and financially.

My Service request No.[protected] was registered on 14.11.2014.On 15.11 2014 I received a message from Reliance Digital TV, charging me Rs.175/- claiming that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. In fact nobody has attended the complaint till date.
I regret to inform you that such attitude was neve r expected from a reputed organization like Reliance TV.
I request you to take necessary action in this matter without further delay
