[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Service — PRESSURIZE TO PAY BILL WITHOUT PROVIDE ME PROBLEM FREE SERVICE WHICH COMMIT ME BEFORE PURCHASE

I am Amrik Bhattacharjee (Brodband No : [protected]). When I start to use Reliance Connection still I facing so many problem and so many times tell reliance representative when they call me. but still problem not resolved then I stop payment. after this so many times they call me for try to convince for this payment but I tell them please resolve my problem then I will pay you because previously I am facing the same problem and they are convince me to pay bill. After pay this bill my problem still happen. So I decided when my problem completely recovered then I pay this bill and continue this connection. But they repeatedly call me and pressurize to pay this bill and leave this connection.

I already said If they cant understand my problem so please tell me "You cant provide me your service and cant provide me a problem free connection which they commit me before purchasing". So I have no problem to discontinue their service and pay this unjustified bill but please don't pressure me to pay bill without provide me a good and regular service which their commit me before purchase.

I already lost huge work and time due to their irregular connection but I still try to stay with them and continue with Reliance Service because I understand somehow this problem getting there. I know that Reliance is a Good and Biggest Telecom Service Provider. If they try they can make a better service.

But I am receving a threatening call saying that they are lawyers from delhi high court..and I should to pay the bill and they assist me leave this connection otherwise they case filed against me. Please tell me what should i do now ? Should I pay for this unjustified bill which they claim me forcefully ?

I have been in touch for 4 months with Nishu Mam at the local reliance broadband Office in Industrial Area Chandigarh.

I had a prepaid connection runing for several months. I got it changed to Post Paid and in the first bill i received that is on[protected] i saw Rs 500 extra as One Time Installation charges for a connection that was already up and running.

I brought it to the notice of the concerned industrial area chandigarh office but to no effect. They accepted that the charges were wrong and they commited me that the charges Rs 500 will be waived off in he next bill. Since then till date every month they cut down my services and force me to pay the extra Rs 500 with a commitment that it will be waived off in the next bill.

Even now my services are not active due to the same issue.

I would like to convey that if the company is not able to provide the fair services and want to mint money from the customers like this then they dont have a long future in the market

Ohhhhhhhh Thank God i thought reliance is making me fool by sending me a bill of Rs. 6000/- for using only 3500 Mbs while reliance told me free usage of 4000 MBs
But there are a lot of customer who are suffering the same.
I didnt pay a single penny.
Now I am enjoying my previous service provider
try out othersite!!

like indiaril.info, indianrailways.gov.in and if you seem to have certain sites blocked it might be your firewall your site browsing

my connection was started[protected].due date was 2-6-2008 and my bill was paid on[protected].and again next month bill i paid on 2-7-2008 which is before the due date but then also they are taking late payment charge .and for 3 month they have a waver but then also they give the whole bill .i complain about it and then paid half the bill .the next month they did the waver but took late payment charge of previous month and previous of previous month .and i am fed up complain them . they say their consult department will call within 72 hrs but never happen .
TELL ME WHAT TO DO .

I have Used Max 10 Mb

Reliance Broadband — Without service they charged the bill

i m using this worst connection, The plan is of rs 450/- per month unlimited net usage and land line (50/- rs free) . since last three months i complained them a several times, that the broadband is not working, till date nobody came to resolve it, every time they gives a complaint ID. which is useless.. because they indirectly finished the problem there side. after this worst situation i requested them to cancel the net connection and give me the same land line no. with a new plan ( only for phone) . without any confirmation they stopped all the incoming and outgoing calls and now forcing me to pay all the due payments first and then only we ll proceed . i requested them to deduct the unnecessary charges. i ll pay the remaining amount that is Rs.50/- per month. as per the plan. till they are not agree. i m facing the problem, because i need the same phone NO. because its already spread to all of my customers .

I have cleared all payments for reliance broadband services before I cancel the services. Even then I am receiving calls from Reliance Broadband services stating that I need to pay some more amount. Can any one guide me how to approach consumer court for complaining the same?

Reliance/Broadband+ — Not providing services

I brought a new Reliance wireless broadband + data card. While purchasing they promised that they will activate it within 2 hours on next working day. But after a week they are not responding and making excuses. For money refund they are saying its reliance's product so i should talk to them(as they outsourced to vriti infotech pvt. ltd Goregaon).

Broadband bill — Broadband bill without connection with WLL

Dear sir,
I am complaining for last four months about unexpected broadband bill issued to me together with WLL bill. A broadband connection is not possible with wll as on date, how you are issuing broadband bill together with WLL connection. My WLL no. is 290154 My earlier landline no was 256930 STD code is 06582 my consumer no. is 707420 . Pl correct the bill since september 2008. I prey you to correct the bills i am loosing a lot due to this, else I am force to go to consumer court . I have not taken any Broadband connection.

Reliance Broadband Service — Very slow connection

From past a week i'm gettin very slow connection and i'm not able to even reach them or send complaints. Customer care is poor.

In the beginning, when i got the connection i paid 500/- and only then they gave me connection. But later thay started claiming that i haven't made the initial payment. Two men who came to fix the antena took away the bill of rs. 500 without my knowledge. I forced to make the payment again or i would never the connection. The company promised that i would get the bill every 11th and the due date is till 2nd of next month. But i only get the bill on 26th or 27th and they wont give time to pay it.
Vriti infotech is the worst company I have come across as far as customer service is concerned. I had applied for the Reliance Bradband connection online and had the misfortune to be serviced by this useless company. I have been following up with them daily for the past 15 days for an invoice for the broadband devise I paid for in cash from them. The concerned person, Lokesh([protected]), has an excuse for everything from falling ill to systems being unavailable and rains for not being able to provide this to me. I wonder how important this person is as nothing moves in his absence. Vriti Infotech, if you are reading this, its for your own good to shape up and make sure your employees are responsive enough.
I HAVE PAID MY BROADBAND BILL ON 22.08.2009 AT 2"0 CLOCK BUT MY RELIANCE CONNECTION IS STILL NOT WORKING I HAVE COMPLAINT ABOUT HIS FOR 8 TIMES BUT STILL NOT WORKING UPTO23.08.2009 AT5.30 PM..

Reliance — problems in bill

Dear sir/madam
I got a broadband connection from relience of 1 mbps speed and with 2600rs around per month.I was assured by the representative from relience that i will be able to change this plan in lower range that is of 380 kbps with 100 rs bill per month.After 1 month when i tried to change the plan they(call centre)told me this is not possible to change highr plan to lower plan.In this case i told them to dissconect the connection because 2600rs are little more to pay. I took this plan (of 2600 per month) just because i can change it from next month only.BUt now after 2 month they never disconnected after my repeted calls and now they are asking for the total bill acording to 1 mbps plan.

Now kindly suggest me what to to do...........

I apply for the connection of reliance broadband through customer care, by 9th oct, they promise the connection will be activated with in 7 working days, and they collect all the formalities and cheque by that day itself, and also make a verification call to me by the next day itself, after that still there is no any single response from them, and even i contact the customer more then 10 times, they simply ignore their response, till now my problem is not solved, the worst customer care is reliance only,

Reliance Broadband — Bill Issue

I am Anwaar Ahmad and i was a customer of reliance braodband with the tel. no.[protected] and account no. is[protected]....And taken the above connection on 18-july and i gave the application for disconnection on 30-july and the request no. for disconnection is[protected]... but they have charged me around 1600 rs and now they are saying to pay total amount otherwise they will do case against me in court but sir why should i pay the bill.. Sir i beg to say that please help me out in this matter...i am agree to pay the bill for the period i had used the internet.... Please reply me soon sir
