Reliance — GSM Postpaid unnecessary bill add
Respected sir/mam;I Manjot SIngh Bhatia using Mob no. [protected] (in the name of mr. Baljeet SIngh Bhatia).
I am an old user of reliance mob services having 5 to 6 no. currently in use..
I had used up the services for about 51rs. till 12may 2011 (which i had checked by msg unbill and send it to 51234 ) but suddenly on 14th may, i got a shock by seeing bill of rs 185rs.(using same process) which i have not used.
I wanted to change my number from postpaid to pre paid and so reliance convinced me to continue postpaid service with another yearly rental plan. And for this they told me to deposit Rs 250 on before date 20may and i deposited 250 rs on 12th may and before that i had cleard my bill on 07 may 2011 for amount (293+102)rs.
and afer this they have charged this bill 185 rs(+99 rental+19sms pack+service tax). I think they want to take advantage of this deposited amount (Imaging my situation) i not made any calls of this much amount of 185rs. And i am Charged for it unnecessary.
i m being mentally harassed .
if they dont respond within 48 hr. i will go to the consumer forum as they have not left me with any other option...

My userID is:[protected], I have been using this Reliance broadband since around last 3months.
On 3 MAY-2011, Wire was broken from the pole in our street. Then I register a complain on 03-MAY-11 to (Customer Care) and mention that wire is broken and its complain . She promised to resolve the issue within 24 hrs.
But, nothing has been done, after few days I called to customer care to know the status of my complain then they told me issue has been resolved within time period and your complain is closed (without confirming me).
MY CONNECTION START ON[protected] . I HAVE RECIEVED A MASSAGE ON NET YOUR BILL AMOUNT IS 529.83 .I HAVE NOT USE NET FULL MONTH. PLEASE REFUND MY DEPOSITE AMOUNT AS URGENT BAS POSSIBLE
