Ya this is Akhil Jain fm Hyderabad. before 1 month i am using the Postpaid connection with the plan 770 for all over india .. in the month of Jan-10 i have change with 99 rentel from the changing period 24 hours i have made lots of call as per r-r free plan...after lot of discussion with Reliance Web world..
Now change the plan and Rs.98 added in my bill which is using in 24 hours plan changes time..

SO pls confrim how can i deduct the same..

sir i had taken the post sim card from Distt Anantnag and due to more monthly usage plan it was blocked and you are requested to send me details of bill and you are requested to open the connection on earliest

well this is Abhishek from Nalagarh (H.P), i have a post paid connection of reliance from last 4 months but not 4a single time i have got my bill delivered neither at home nor at email adress.
and no. of times i have made complains to the customer care but they are least concerned about ur customers problems. it has been disappointed to say that
Reliance is onr of the Big group in communication sector and from this type of dealing How can they can take it to forward direction.Mr.Anil Dhiru bhai ambani is Expecting too much from the employees who are working with them but their response towards the customers is not good. when the bill is not paid u r thr to take it whrever u live.im actually very disappointed with reliance & if this problem continues then i suppose i have to switch on to any other mobile service.You have to give more plans especially in post paid service
