[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — On failed of online recharge prepaid mobile money not refunded

Hi,

On 9/09/2008 i recharged my prepaid mobile through citi online banking using my credit card.
And my recharged get failed on that day but my money is deducted and not yet transferred back to my account.
I made complain 3 times and also get confermation sms that recharged was failed on disputed date but not yet recived the money.And also do have all the evidences to prove the situation sms and complain number.
Now i am help less what to do.
Please help me on this.

reliance prepaid gsm/cdma — amount not credited in my cell phone

dear sir,
I had recharged my GSM mobile[protected] of rs 100/- and reliance cdma prepaid mobile no[protected] of Rs 100/- through icici net banking on 28 Dec 09.
the successful transaction numbers are [protected] and [protected]. through my icici abnk account no[protected].
But the above mentioned mobile has not yet been recharged.
the amount has been devited in favour of
PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE
EURONET WORLDWIDE INDIA PVT LTD
WEST QUADRANT, II FLOOR,
ILFS FINANCIAL CTRE, BKC, BANDRA - 400051
please do the neccessary action.
A recharge vide easy recharge of Rs.111/- was made on[protected] at about 08:15pm. But my account was credited with an amount of Re 0.01 (1 Paise) Only and the same has been confirmed by a message on the same date. I contacted Customer Care on 30-12-09 at about 10.30am and the Customer Care Executive Mr. Rajesh Dey informed that the above voucher has been discontinued and also he is not in a position to confirm why the remaining amount of Rs.110.99/- been not credited to my account.
You are requested to enquire why the said incident has taken place and ensure that any repetition may not happen in future. At the same time, I would also request you to credit my account with Rs. 111/- at the earliest ( which I feel is obviously a legitimate claim on my part).

I asked for a Reliance WiMAX connection from Yash Communications. They took a check for me for RS 2647. Their technician came and tried to install the connection and it did not happen. I asked for my check to be returned but instead they encashed it and now refusing to provide me a refund before 60 days.

I LODGGED COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL 0N 08.03.11 & REPETED ON 10.03.11 AND I GOT A CALL FROM AIRTEL NODAL OFFICER THAT NO MONEY RECEIVED FROM ICICI NET BANKING ON 18.02.2011.

Reliance — Failed mobile recharge

Two failed transaction of RS. 90 & 90 = 180 on my NO. [protected], So recharge my no. by recharge of RS.30 six times to fulfill amount of RS.90+90=180. This recharge are done by Ebay complimentary Recharge process. Fix this problem immediately.
my cell no is [protected]. i have recharged with 99 for the gsm plane but the plane was not activated on time.

its very sorry to inform you that i am using reliance sim of jharkhand num-[protected]and i have done online net recharging.the recharge was showing successfully done but unfortunately net balance was still showing 0mb.and my money has not yet refunded..

i will be very obliged to you if you kindly look into the matter and help me out or take some alternatives.

i have done an online net recharge on my reliance number [protected].i have received a message that the recharge has been successfully done but the net balance is showing 0mb.this type of service is unexpected from this company.

If currect action is not taken then i shall complain to higher authorities soon and this may prove to be a threat for this company.
