a week after i took my reliance sim card, i found that there is no incoming and outgoing... in a way it's in COmA! i tried calling to my home but to no avail.And you know what?? the whole of my state Arunachal Pradesh is missing from the map of reliance company!!! this is sick! What?? you don't know about Arunachal? Well, that's the condition of an average Indian. anyways, i know, Mr.anil Ambani (mind you i wrote Ambani with capital 'A') doesn't know about all these going under his very nose! He is the marathon man with immense energy and he is a focussed person! the problem is in his officers and general managers who are irresponsible.I guess it's high time he made a disciplinary committee(DISCO as it is called in my college!) to check the works of his officers who behave like government bureaucrates who refuse to do any work untill and unless their pockets are filled! Look at the no. of complaints in this website about reliance communication!There are plenty of them. virtually everybody is finding problems with reliance communications.I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE how a big name like reliance be so hopeless AND always under-perform when compared to airtel or vodafone !! 'cos according to the investment capacity, infrastructure and influence capacity, it is far ahead of the other two rivals!! if i am given a chance to take the place of Chairman of Reliance Communications for one month alone, i promise I will make it the most consumer friendly and the best in it's business! it's right now a looser! in every second u call, it tries to find a loop in your pocket! I have a doubt if any reader or company person can clear.Why don't the cdma and the gsm services provided by this company join together? It will make it the best! Look, the offers in RIM(reliance india mobile) do not work for RTL(reliance telecommunication limited) and vice versa. the CDMA (code division multiple access)and the GSM services provided by the company should merge and they should share the offers and if fact should become one and the sam. LISTEN RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS!! YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS ARE BETTER THAN YOUR PERFORMANCE!! Launching Date of Sim 4.1.2009 to 15.1.2009 But he is selling GSM SIM For Rs. 60 to 120. at Distributor Point .For proof we have Received this Bill
Bill no 3081 Date 10.1.2009 @ Rs 60. So What can you do for us who are attached from Reliance 8 to 10 years or For People Who Have Faith in Reliance.Please take Action For Distributor For Selling SIM in High Rate.Please Provide GSM SIM to Coustmer at Genuine Rate. We have Also Complained to BTC house and no Action was Taken.

Hai hello to everybody,
Here i jumped from bsnl to reliance gsm to pick up the full signal everywhere, but i am now disappointed no tower for gsm service after chennai - chengalpet, only cdma comes out, but the cell point shows the display tower "Reliance" no incoming /outgoing may it shows the cdma tower point.
I asked the cc of Reliance they replied that for the gsm service still the tower plantation is work in progress when it will be completed, hopeless, before the setup of gsm tower, reliance started to sell the gsm sim.

And your executive's reply is straight forward "Sir There is no network Problem"
Look into the matter, since tomorrow i have opted for Vodafone, may be for other 15 connections also.
This is only a WARNING. I don't want to leave reliance, since i TRUST. But what to do if my business is affected, same will be YOUR's.
Other Problems :
1. Also will you not charge for this Month?????
2. Your Executive makes continuos follow up from 18th onwards, last date is around 25th. And on 26th Your Executive is at my residence... Will it be treated as Harrasment Case in the court of Law, When i have paid a deposit of Rs. 2000/- and my bill is literally around 700/-???
Request you attention OR Face Consequences.

Dear Sir,I am using Reliance network for my cell. I have requested many time to to Ril customer care to deactivate the scheme though they are not deactivating the scheme and they are deducting 5o rupees per month. Even i have requested many times though they are not listing and they are always making me fool all the time and making fake statements like you scheme is deactivated and suddenly second or third day again money get deducted without any intimation. Whenever i make a call they are speaking your scheme is activated.... Now i am totally afraid... i need support from your side. Please please help me out because i cannot effort 5o per month as wastage because i am paying institute fees from my scholarship. I am a student.

reliance communications limited & reliance communications infrastructure limited — getting bills for a No which was never ever activated
the matter is almost prolonged for more than a year.I applied to reliance for a phone connection somewhere a year ago.company gave me a phone no which was never activated, i never used that number...I received bills for that..when I complaint they stopped those bills...but I am continously receving collection phone calls and I hav received a legal notice stating to make payment and i am continously telling them that I dont hav that number but nobody is listening inspite they are harrassing me mentally to make payment.
