Reliance Communications — poor services & mismanaged employees

Dear Team,


I want to submit a complaint against Reliance communication & inform you about Reliance poor communication gap or unmanageable services which I faced. I am using reliance (No. -[protected]) postpaid connection and fro last 1 year i am visiting there office for migrate the same into prepaid no. or for change rental plan.Even from last 6 months for portable my no. into other co.

I am visiting out local office situated in loha bazar mandi gobindgarh (punjab).There i have lots of time words with owner Mr.Ravinder goyal and two front desk executive (one is male and other one is female) and believe me they havent sense to deal with customer too.Every time they make me fool by begging some more time for execution of request.But now i cant tolerate more.You can check from last 1 year i havent made a single call from this no. and every month i have been charging by app.400/-.Now i have given my no. for port the same into vodafone but everytime its has been rejected by reliance by asking more amount for bill.


kindly see the matter as if you are not able to solve my problem i have to take the case to consumer court.

Reliance Communication — poorest service

I am Ratan Choudhary having Mobile No.[protected] using RELAINCE MOBILE from more than 16 month and STD CALLING CARD (650) from last 3 month. From past 1 month i suffering from HYPERTENSION because of poorest facility or service that company is providing.
Will you please let me know how many times a person should try to make a single call ? I used to try 150 to 200 times to make a call . can you imagine what figure i am trying to show you ? I used to to try for more than 30 min and even more to make a single call from STD CALLING CARD at night11:00pm . Its not one day problem that i am facing, i am daily calling in customer care about the same problem. I am going to mention some the details here below:

1. 16 july 2009 :- Talked for 30 min and then tried to make a other call to the same no. for more than 30 min but i couldn't a make a call beacuse of your superb service . Then i talk to customer care for which i had spent 25 min . beacuseof your service i wasted my time more than 2 hours.

2.17 july 2009: At 11:00 pm talked for 4 min only and then i tried for next 15 min means more than 80 times to make a single call. but again i were not lucky. Then i tried for 20 min to talked to customer care at 11:20 . I called seven time in customer care means i have wasted more than 2 hours in coustomer care.

3. 18 july 2009: I talked for 30 min and again suffered from the same problem and tried for 8 min means almost 40 times to amke a call but again i won't. Again i call in cutomer care at 11:40 but no satisfaction at all.

4. 20 july 2009: I made several attempt to make call.They are as follows:
First call : 11:00 talked for few min
Scond call : 11:05 talked for 49 sec
Third call : 11:24 talked for 0 sec
Fourth call : 11:34 talked for 5 sec
Fifth call : 11:35 talked for 26 sec
Sixth call : 11:36 talked for 32 sec
Seventh call : 11:37 talked for 43 sec
Eight call : 11:38 talked for 26 sec
Nineth call : 11:40 talked for 3.12 min
Just try to imagine my condition, i get tensed and all my anger falls over my dear love and we fight.

5. 21 july 2009 : Even after 100 attempts i couldn't make a single call for a single min.
6. 22 july 2009 : zero min. Tried till 11:15 min almost 150 times attemped but eventhough i were not able to make a single call.Then i talked to customer care spent 15 min but no benifite asusal.

7. Apart from this automatically activation of various pack without my permission such as bhoot pack, masti ke rang and many more.

8. While making a call, phone doesn't ring and even though you have to pay for that.

9 while you are talikng to someone, phone gets discounted with a error message call couldn't completed and its whose problem.its service problem but a cutomer has to suffered by paying the charege .
why?

I know you doesn't bother about a customer who is paying just rs 1000 per month but because of you worthless poorest service, i am going to loose my love, my life .
I m Haider Ali using relaince mobile since 8 year [protected] & [protected] i got mad since 6 month becoz of poorest network of relience.it give add india's no 1 network but it is not even rank last.
there is no network signal or max upto 2 signal in my phone 24 hr .continously call drop problem is there i want to know shoud i live the connection or it will be ok on sum day????

This payment was made through your my services option from my SBI account on date mentioned as above but so far I didn't received the payment confirmation not ever through SMS or mail. While contacted with you customer care to register the complaint on 198 dated 24-Jun-2011 they declined to register my complaint in this regards saying its takes 8 hrs to update the payment in Reliance record I agreed on the information provided by them but while I again contacted today dated 25-Jun-2011 after 8 hrs to register the same complaint because so far I didn't received the payment confirmation they again declined my request saying it takes 48 hrs, I would like to know why your people who are sitting there not provide the correct information to customer why they are misguiding every time you people should train them and let them know how to speak with client they don't have manner to speak with customer. I am very disappointed to know that such kind of incidence are happing with Reliance because I am using Reliance since 2006 and I didn't face such issues earlier but I think now you are not concern about your customers. I would request you to please look into this matter and update my payment details in you records and also please trained your employees let them know how to speak with the customers as Mr. Virender who told me he is floar supervisor doesn't have manner to speak. You can find out your self with whom I have spoken on 25-Jun-2011 between 1 to 2 pm.

I am also going to register the complaint with consumer forum against such services from Reliance.
