Dear Sir,
My Reliance GSM connection no. [protected], Haryana Circle. i am very distrubed after unauthorized monthly deduction from my prepaid account. i have already coplained twice before to customer care exe. They assured that there will be no deduction. But last time on 27th Dec'09 again there was a deduction which is unusual.i also activated DND services on 27th November 2009 but no result.
i want to refund my balance amount.
please treat this matter as urgent.

Dear Sir, I am having a Reliance SIM holder bearing no [protected]. Unnecessarily unlimited game for NOKIA was subscribed. I tried my best but could not stop. You please stop from your side otherwise i shall stop this sim.

Reliance GSM Service — unauthorised charge deduction from my balance

I m using reliance gsm connection from a long time. My no. is [protected]. from last 3 or 4 months unnecessarily balance deducted from my account.I am a Ph. D student of jadavpur university.my monthly recharge per month in my no is near about 1000 to 1500. as i call the customer services they tell me one month my sms pack activated, another month they tells me my news packs activated. but i am well aware about that i haven't activated such packs. every month i tell them to deactivate and in the next month , i don't know how it is activates automatically. I am loosing my money without any activation. I am not a illiterate person. i understand phone calls from the company. and regarding this matter behave of the customer executives are very rough. we are old customers of reliance. now it is hard for us to continue with this connection if you are not help us in this matter...

many time hidden charges deducted from my account. There is no direct no. of customer care executive to register complaints directly. my mob no.[protected].

Reliance Value added services — Deduction of money for unwanted subscriptions

I have got SMS from RM-Reliance that Amount has been charged for VAS osiyan sms and for VAS Symbiotic GSM for which I have never subscribed.Total amount deducted is Rs 60 (30+30 for both the services).

Please note that I have not subscribed for any of the services for which they have deducted Rs 60.

It happened to me also many times, as soon as you recharge they rob the money, initially it was 20 Rs, So after recharging I would make few calls to reduce the amount. Later they started activating services for 14, 10, 3, they even the doing the deduction of 1 Re. It happened to my friends also, they just take the complaint, promised not to happen any more. We've just stopped to recharges, As of my writing it stops for me, but don't in future, it will happen again. But at least CCare is working...

my reliance no. [protected] i am facing the same problem reliance is deducting Rs. 5 per day for Altruist VAS subscription. when i contacted customer care they told u r not subscribe to any vas services the company has activated this on there on. and they refunded my money bt after 2 days they again started deducting my money for this service Rs 5/day i m stuck i tried to contact customer care they told we have no information now could anybody tell were to contact ...I am stuck ...

Just now I've got a call from Reliance Care ([protected]) inquiring if I've been deducting balance now, I said "as of now, no". I hope it will not happen in future also. But the problem is not only with me, it happened to many of my friends also. They just stopped using Reliance now. I request Reliance look into this area, never deduct unless

Now I can recharge large amount !

My No is [protected] and they have been deducting the amount of Rs 5 from April 10 then i have been regularly calling to the customer care to solve the problem till April 15 . They have given my money back but from April 16 to till date they have deducted the money for that VAS Altruist subs pack i am repeatedly calling them and registering the complaints till now its no use . Even today they have deducted the money for which i have not activated . They even not refunding the money back and fed up with the activity of daily calling the CC. Hope any one from the higher management sees it and solve this issue.

It happened to me again on 27-04-13, 16:32, this time Rs 3:00, I just called the customer care, he said the same story, "amount has been refunded, it won't happen again", Then I said I have been listening this every time, 'do you have a permanent solution", He repeated the same. When I asked again he sarcastically said, "what, do I want to say, It will happen again from tomorrow onwards", and disconnected the call, as usual they charged 50np for this.

That kind of behavior people of Reliance showing now a days. There are n number of complaints about this VAS charges in this blog, I had find so many in other blogs also. I'm planning to port out to Tata Docomo, which is showing some transparency in their services, zero hidden charges, as they say it.

I want to ask Reliance, for what purpose you people are collecting with this kind of money collected, Re1, Rs2, Rs3, Rs 15, Rs30, to spill on Anil Ambani's funeral ? (anil ambani ke shav yatra pe phek do ge kya ?)

on my reliance gsm no [protected] there has cbeen a daily deduction of 11 rupees.
I have called the customer care 4 time but got no solution. Now I have zero balance in my phone. if I recharge they deduct my balanc. I have not subscribed to any service.

Just today, an amount of INR 10 has been deducted from my balance for "VAS altruist subsc" which i have never subscribed for. Requesting RCOM care to resolve this, failing which they will force me to port to another service provider. No [protected]

I received a message saying "Amount Charged for VAS Altruist Subsc Rs: 20. Current Main Balance: Rs 40.05. I received this message around 6:15 PM, September 16, 2013. I think so many have already complained about this ridiculous thing happening again and again. If there is a problem in running VAS services please fix. And please refund my money and unsubscribe me from VAS Altruist Subsc. My number[protected]Reliance GSM).

Dear Sir, Today i have received a message from reliance that '' Amount charged for VAS ShemarooVP Rs. 10''. But i haven't requested for any VAS Services. But they have Charged me for VAS Services, So please do the needfull so that i can get the money back and the VAS activation can be stopped. My number is [protected] ( Madhya Pradesh Circle).
