[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — unnecessary Deduction of money for VAS

On my Reliance GSM no. [protected], Without any Prior Information and permission Reliance have started VAS Altruist Subsc for Rs. 5/- . Before this also for Love guru pack Rs. 6 have been deducted from my mobile balance that is also without any request sent from my side.
So please do the needfull. I want refund of my balance which have deducted WRONGLY.

there is some wrong dedction in my balance when i talk to custome care they only attitude & as well as they tholo any wrong information some like that some scheem is activated on mobil

i m using relience gsm service in agartala, the capital of the state, Tripura.relience usuly sends a bulk of promotional sms and phone calls which are very disturbing.i contacted with customer care.they asked me to activate "DO NOT DISTURB" service.i hv done accordingly.they sent acknowledgement msg then the requested service has been activated.but inspite of every thing they going on sending msg and call as before.i hv contacted again.they told they cant help.please advice me what to do

Reliance Mobile — deduction of ringtones

There are unwanted sms for ring tones, money is deducted without consent of customer, this should be stopped immidiately

Reliance Mobile GSM — Deduction of money from my balance but not providing me service

This complaint is regarding purchase of ringtone which i had intended to make from Reliance communications's R-World.On 19 May 2009 i requested R-World to give me a ringtone at around 4pm.
But they did not gave me any ringtone and instead deducted money from my balance.so i talked to the customer care executive, they told me to wait for 48hours and my ringtone would reach my cell no-[protected].So I waited for two days and on 21/5/2009 i again toldthe executive about my problem.he noted down my complaint number and gave me an id for further correspondence which is[protected].Now from that day they are just turning a deaf ear to my complaint and telling me tha my complaint will be resolved in one day/ two days nd as of now more than 35 days have passed till now .
I have recharged Rs.799 pack..but i came to knw the service is no longer in working status...but 799 RS has been deducted from my account...so when it will be refunded back..?

Relience Communications — unilateral deduction of money from prepaid connection

I had taken a pre-paid mobile connection from Relience Communications two months back. I was allotted the mobile number [protected]. On 3rd September 09 it deducted an amount of Rs.49.00 without our consent and prior knowledge. When asked about the deduction from its customer care number - 333 it informed that the charges were for some Astropack. Again on 5th Sept. it deducted around Rs.25.00 without my knowledge. This time for sending some tunes, for which I never made any request nor accepted any of their offer. Despite my requests the customer centre people of the company did not agree to refund the amount or credit the deducted amount to my balance.

I had taken the mobile connection from the company in view of its low local and STD charges. But unfortunately it is deducting the amounts from the balance once it spots enough balance in the credit without our consent. This is really swindling of money from gulliable custemers and I request the Forum to kindly expose the racket of the Relience Communications.

my wife back in pune india is using a relience phone number starting with 9173xxxxxx it has all sort of interaction problems we have been calling and talking each other for the pass one week thought the reception was not clear we manage all of sudden now it is saying switched off and sometime a lowzy music is on and say the number u called is busy where she was faster sleep she is too lazy to contact someone and sort out can you please assist me whom or what number shall i call and sort this out

Reliance GSM — money deducted from my balance

My mobile no is [protected], on 16/03/10, I received a massage on my mobile that "Your subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30 for a period of 30 days." Rs. 30 deducted from by balance. I never asked for this sevice. When I talk to customer care (Chandigar office Parmjeet Kaur, Floor supervisor) to note a complain against this she refused and told me She can't forward my complain.
I want my money back. Thanks

Dear Sir/Madam,

In the morning I am having the balance of 89 Rs/-. But upto evening my balance was 54 Rs/-. I was surprised & called reliance customer care No. 333. But he told me that some service has been activated & money will not get refunded. But I haven't activated any service or SMS anything to reliance. But still he is insisting that there will be no refund. Last month also they deducted the same, but when complained they refunded me back. Now this time they are not agrying. what can i do? pls help me.

Reliance GSM Services — UNUSUAL BALANCE DEDUCTION

i am using reliance gsm services. on august 14,they activated some caller tune to my phone without my permission .when i called customer care they denied it and said this service has been activated from my side. i asked to register my complaint they refused and did not talk to me properly.they kept transferring the call to another customer care executive. they made me talk to some p. k. sharma nand he asked me to call later on 9:00 am i called at 9 and asked to connect me to p.k. sharma. they denied and said this person does not exist in their department.. after some time some mr. karamveer talked to me and said this happened due to some technical problem and my balance will b given back to me in 24 hrs. bt on aug.16th morning around 5:20 they activated another caller tune to my phone. and when i called again they again denied and said that this service has been activated from my side .they are making false statements andwhen ever i called a new customer care executive talked to me and gave me a different statement regarding my account..the statement of any 2 customer care executives did not match.. and when i complained about this they just disconnected my call.. its been a mental torture to me for the last two days.. mow my account balance is just 99 paisa.if i have to make an urgent call, i just can not do so..i want my money back, and want certain actions against these customer care executives..and an appology by the customer care...
My no. is [protected] and i am calling from [protected] i called on 15/08/2010 four time but Mr. vivek khandawe who works as a T.C. setting on escalation desk & 16/08/2010 three time but two time Mr. Denson who works as a ajent disconnect my call continues two time in morning T 6:40 a.m. after that Mr. Kesh Shurani who works as a T.C. setting on escalation desk disconnect my call so please terminate all these guys immidiatelly because they didn, t think abt customer's problem but think about his A.H.T. and when i call to him please transfer my call to your T.L. then they told me T.L. not available on floor how they mentain floor without T.L. So this is my humblly request to you terminate all these guys as soon as possible whenever you terminate all these guys then u give me revert on [protected]@gmail.com

my SELF BHAWANA ARYA MY CELL NO IS [protected] I M FRM AHMEDABAD. I M SUFRING FRM LAST FRIDAY MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FRM MY ACCOUNT FOR SMS PACK BT STILL I COULDNT TAKE THE BENEFIT OF FREE SMS . Every month Rs. 30 Is being deducted from my no . [protected] without any pack subscription. I want my balance back immediately . and the people from the customer care aren't responding to my call despite my attempts.

Myself Saurav suman is a present user o[censored]r RELIANCE GSM SMART ( [protected]) mobile service. off late i am facing the problem of constant deduction in my balance of a fixed amount of rs. 5. I have accessed no such internet from my cell phone neither have i downloaded anything. After talking to one o[censored]r customer care representatives he told me to check the details of where i have spent my balance in the last 24 hours. by messaging it to BILL to 55333 . I did so and it showed no such expenses.but the customer care representatives they are constantly asserting me that i am using the net including the time in which i have used.. Moreover the customer care( PRASHANJEET and ANIMESH)was very rude to me and is now not recieving my calls. I am currently using the SIM in durgapur region of PANAGARH DISTRICT.

kindly check into this matter . there might be some mistake in this respect for which currently i am paying. please pay heed to the matter coz i am a student and this very thing is really bothering me. thanks for ur co operation. i shall be obliged to u

i want refundment of worth rs.90 as the services(mantra, missu) were automatically activated on 8th,9th and 10th march,2011 without subscribing it.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Deduction of money

Sir/Mam,
I am using the reliance gsm telecommunication service for last few years..But near about 3-4 months ago my account balance is deducted on behalf of that service which i was stopped so many times..The people sitting at the customer service centres told me that sir there is no service actived and you dont worry no amount will be deducted but the process is going on asusual. I am getting a message that your voice pack is on renewal.
I m really getting tired of all this.Now i making my mind to change the service provider..
