i want to purchase huawei smartphone from reliance digital that i saw on their website and for that i go to the local store in my city to enquire about the warranty of that set that whether i got the one year warranty or not but the store executives dont know about the warranty of the set.Then i mail reliance digital to conform the warranty of the handset but they didnt reply i repeatedly enquire about the set by mail or by phone but i didnt got any sort of satisfactory response from their side reliance digital custome service really pathetic. Reliance — Horrible service
I purchased a Reliance Netconnect data card online in the last week of December 2010. A sales channel of Reliance(calls itself Vriti) approached me over the phone and made the delivery of the datacard the next day and I made the payment in cash. It was promised to me that this data-card will get activated in maximum 2 days time. However, it never got active. I called the customer care several times. All they had to say is that your details have not yet got updated in our system, and I was asked to call the sales channel which sold me the data-card.RSN - RHWCDD[protected]

But, there is no response to phone-calls or e-mails to this sales channel.Not sure if a channel called Vriti even exists.
On calling customer care after a week, they asked me to contact Huawei service center as they suspected it was a hardware issue because of which there was no signal detected on this device.
Not sure what to do. It seems the Sales people are only concerned in making the sales and not in confirming service to users.
Keep it up guys!! You guys are ideal sales people
