[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — At installation date I was facing error in dish TV | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Jay Sarjine. I have bought Reliance Digital TV (smart card number is[protected] on 02.03.2013 in Pune (Old Sangavi - Mamta Nagar). At installation date I was facing error in dish TV. I had call the distributer (Bhaskar-[protected]), he said me to call reliance customer care[protected] No. The customer care executive said ask to distributer he can solve the problem & the distributer said ask to customer care officer. DishTV — installation problem
set of box not installation problem do not show my a/c detail on screen
Bad service and agents are not response promptly. Choose another service.
I am Reliance Digital TV customer since 2010/11, my set box changed thrice in three years, my latest complaint no. is[protected] on 11/05/2014 for setup box not working properly. No body contacted us till date i.e. 14/05/2014. My Card No. is[protected]. Please lookinto the matter immediately.

DishTV — recieving an arror
my v.c.no.is [protected].since last one month i am recieving an arror '402 check the smart card' while i am viewing my dish t.v., during this error message display of picture is totally disturbed.so pls guide me what i have to do now.
