Reliance Fresh — responsible service and bad way of talking with customers

Respected sir/madam,

I am a regular visitor to Reliance Fresh store located near railway workshop, G.T road/Ram tirath road crossway in Amritsar, India, but now I am not satisfied with the irresponsible service and employees bad way of talking with customers present in that store . It happened with me 3rd time so that is why I am complaining you now. Sir I went at different days at different times in your store to buy some fruits and food but the same thing I saw. First of all when I came to the counter to get my food billed, I saw that all 6 counters were lying empty and noone was there to do billing. There were 4 more customers standing with me to get their goods billed but noone came for 5 minutes. At last when I asked the security guard that where are they all, he replied that all are having tea. When I said that why all go to have tea at working time? Don’t they have a tea break? He replied in a very rude way in Punjabi” chaa te peeni hundi hai na “. I said ok to have tea but why all go at once can’t they have tea one by one. He said I don’t know go and ask them. When I asked them who is manager here then he said manager is not here. He comes for few hours in day. When searching for cashier I went and saw that all were sitting in room and gossiping and laughing and having tea as if they are working in a government firm not a private firm. When all customers told them to come and cut bill, Out of 6 counters only in one a lady came and told all to be in line and then come to her. A customer said why is this irresponsibility here then she replied in a rude way” we have other works to do also we don’t have only this work to do”. On my Second visit next day same thing happened with me( again no person at all 6 counters and wait).

I didn’t complain even second time And today when this happened 3rd time I decided to complain. I decided to complain you so that this matter can come in front of your eyes as what all negligence is happening in this store. I think some strict action should be taken regarding this else this store will no longer be people's choice in this era of big competition where giant competitors like Spencer, 6TEN and Subikhsha are already giving a cut throat competition to Reliance Fresh . After all Reliance’s name is gonna get spoiled not the employee's name.

hello sir
in our area ur reliance fresh is opened in which ur schemed is opened at night from 7 pm onwards for milk but i want to tell u that in this scheme the customer will not get this benefit the total amount of milk will be stored by the staff of this shwowroom at the time when no scheme will there at the abve time or scheme is launched but not put the banner in frnt of the item and customer will think that milk is soled out but this is not happend the staff sored the milk for themselves and when u lauch the schme, the staff of this showroom than pay there payments at the discounted rates due to which the customer will not get the benifit . so plz try that this thing will be not happend .

the showroom is of SHASTRI NAGAR(near subhadra colony), DELHI
this is second time in span of 10days your relience fresh has not solve a simple edc machine fault.a person who is running a store was not present both the times.on 28.02.2009 when my card was not accepted only because of your edc machine fault at the sametime there was another regular custemer who is working for torrent power also refused.a/c was also switched off though trere was regular power supply.after complaining to supervisor he phoned a person whoes name is sharique momin who is running a store for this it took one & half hour. awaiting for good management. bhiwandi-dist : thane . pincode: 421302.
