[Resolved] Reliance Fresh Ltd / SBI Bank — bank has detected amount two times by using SBI debit card | |||
Dear Sir, This is Nitin Kumar Goel and I am Delhi. I have a salary account in SBI salt lake Kolkata account number is :[protected]. I have purchased some item from RELIANCE FRESH LTD. Pandav Nagar DELHI with used SBI Dabit card. Amount was 319.50 RS.on 16-Jan-2011 but bank has detected that amount two times. Kindly look into attached bank statement. I have talked with RELIANCE FRESH LTD. DELHI they told, they have received only one time that 319.50 Rs amount and has told me to communicate with bank only bank will give my refundable amount. I had tried call to SBi customer care lot of time but its always show not reachable. I have drop lot of time mails but I don’t get any response from SBI. I have talked with SBi Delhi branch they told me they have transfer money 2 times in RELIANCE FRESH LTD and only RELIANCE FRESH LTD will refund you that money and for information you need to be contact with your Kolkata Branch. But sir I am in Delhi and I cant go in Kolkata and both party are lying and RELIANCE FRESH LTD. DELHI give me tread they will not give my money if RELIANCE FRESH LTD. Mombai will not refund same amount. However i have sign only one transaction slip. Request you to kindly take appropriate action and do need full help. Reliance Fresh — money not refunded in account
sir,i shopped in reliance fresh outlet of nizampura area on 19th dec 2011 with reliance fresh card number [protected]. there was a failure transaction of rs. 678/ from the outlet machine and from that day onwards i have been visiting outlet and ICICI bank ( from which debit card amount got deducted) but there has been no intimation from the reliance fresh outlet. the executive also gave me application that they have not recieved the amount at there server and gave me the copy of it to submit in bank which i did. but now when i asked in bank they said that they have not recieved any report from reliance fresh outlet that they have not recieved the payment so in this way on sinle bill i paid twice rs. 678/- the customer care desk person is hopeless and not at all supportive. it has been 5 visits of mine from the date of bill and there is no proper response from reliance fresh.
reliance fresh even does not have any email where i can submit my complaint . plz help me to get my money back
