[Resolved] Reliance Fresh Udaipur Hiran Magri Sector - 3 — bad behaviour and cheating
today 31st march 09 3.30pm, i went to reliance fresh sec-3 udaipur, i bought coconut whose pricing was rs 10/kg, written on printed reliance paper. at the billing i noticed that the cashier was charging rs 10/pc. and when i objected to it he said to go and see the pricing again, when i confirmed and took that paper to the cashier, he said it was a mistake and we will not bill you do whatever you want to do, and the store manager (told as, Mr. shshank lodha) was not available, after requesting for a long he turned up from the back office and started abusing and gave my his area manager mr ajay no and told me he cannot do anything ( in his words in hindi ) wo sala kya ker lega, i was with my friend and she was scared by the staff behaviour.
i called them a bunch of to which they started shouting, manhandling and thretened us.they pushed me out of the store so that i am detached from the other customers who were taking my side .
later i spoke to their head mr. manoj ([protected]) supposed to be head of state operations, he too never called back after hearing my complaint .iam still wating to hear from them ..
THIS IS WHAT ORGANISED RETAIL IS ...
THIS IS SHAME ON RELIANCE RETAIL MANAGEMENT ESPICALLY ( OPERATIONS AND HR ) WHO HAD RECRUITED MANAGERS LIKE THIS ...
I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE STEP INSIDE A RELIANCE STORE NORE USE ANY PRODUCTS IN WHICH THE NAME RELIANCE APPEARS UNLESS I GET AN APOPLOGY.
